Didn't want to cook dinner tonight so I went to buy Metro cooked chicken only to find that there was no BBQ chicken,only coconut Thai flavor but even worse I was told the chicken was 2hours old and no other available tonight. It was only 4:30 pm! They stopped cooking chicken for dinner at 2:30pm?!! I've complained to the store manager in the past about the dried out chicken I accidentally purchased, obviously my complaint fell on deaf ears. Don't waste your money, buy Popeyes or KFC!

Workers at the self checkout and cash out are disrespectful and snide. They gossip about and deride customers. I felt humiliated and will not return to this store.

Went there to order customised cake today (Monday 2pm) and they told that their baker is not having time so they cannot take order.
You should not have a bakery if you are not ready to take order. I came 4 days in advance.
Store manager take a note. These people at the bakery are lazy.

Smaller store with less variety, but overall a good store. Doesn't tend to be too crowded.

Please tell them to keep pizza in oven a good 5 to 10 more minutes, our large pepperoni pizza was so undercooked we couldn't eat it. July 21st at 4 pm.

I find the staff really helpful when I can't find what I'm looking for and love the self check out. If I have problems checking out they're right there to help
