They sale damaged stuff on clearance and the customer service is bad they didn’t even listen, I got a basket which I had to gift to a kid but when I went home I saw that the baskets had sharp edges when I informed I can exchange instead of return they didn’t even listen.. don’t buy stuff from them.. don’t even listen just in case if you have any concerns

Great staff! I like this location more because of the staff than what Michael's actually sells. Every time I walked in lost while looking for something, I could easily find a staff member who was able to help me find what I was looking for. They are super knowledgeable and provide great advice and suggestions.

Large building, big selection and usually the most stocked. However, cashier (who was standing at a cash register) forcing me and other people to self checkout even when after I told her I needed a gift card which the average person doesn't know how to do on self checkout. What happened to customer service?

Went to michaels to find some craft supplies, and painting kits. There was a 50% off and a 30% sale so I was able to get a few more items!While looking for different items around the store I got a big help from one of the staff employees, definitely made things easier.

I visited this location at 2pm in order to inquire about getting a painting framed. There was no one in the custom frames section. I was informed that there was only one person working there and I would have to wait 20min for them to return. I wish there were clear opening times listed so that customers would know when to visit. I found this to be highly unprofessional.

I went to go check out and was asked “cash or card” and was told to use a self check out.There was literally no one in front of me, the store was super low traffic. So like, hello?!? What are you being paid to stand behind the counter for?This company like many others is forcing their customers into using their self-checkouts.

I went to this store on the weekend and I was disappointed to see that they have replaced all the cashiers with self-checkouts. There was one person available for assistance or to take cash payments.I still had to wait in line, there was no convenience or time savings.Honestly, if you want me to work as a cashier for you, you're going to have to give me more than the occasional 30% coupon

I love going here for basically anything related to craft and i know i ll get it. Price point is little higher than getting it from Amazon but again its an affordable and easy option

Really Disappointed in the self-check out ONLY cash registers. Customer service is no longer a priority for this location. When you pay top dollar, you expect more some sort of customer service.

I recently visited Michael's Art Store and was blown away by the amazing service. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though my 30% coupon had expired, they had another one ready to use for me. The store is well-organized, and the wide selection of art supplies is impressive. The staff's knowledge and helpful recommendations made my shopping experience a breeze. I highly recommend Michael's Art Store for its exceptional service and warm atmosphere.

I love shopping in Michaels.The store is so well organized. If it's popular it will be out of stock on the shelf, but an employee will let you know when they will be Stocking again. I go here first for school projects,knitting,cricut, sublimation or just to buy seasonal decor and agenda books. They even have baking supplies. Check out the kids project centre room my kids loved the crafts they made.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a retail establishment. I will never return to this location. To be honest, I would rather spend more money at a small business than come to Michaels.I was so upset that I had to call their head office for the horrible, discriminatory behaviour I experienced.I had an order to complete for a client and my hot glue gun stopped working. I thought it would be best if I order online so by the time I got there, I could just pick it up and walk out. It wasn’t ready but I had no issue with that. I picked what I needed and informed the employee. She said she is unable to cancel as it is in process of picking. I asked if it was possible to just complete the order since I have the exact items that were mentioned. She said she would have to print the receipt (wow, seems like a lot of work) and it’s best to call the 1-800 number. I then went to the cash register to pay for my items. I informed her that if she could cancel the order. She was very helpful and had written down my order number. I walked outside to my car and then received a notification to say that my order had been picked.I went back inside to clarify that I would get a refund. The other two associates that I had talked to were busy at the check out. I just wanted to know what would happened for the items that were picked and if I would now get the money back on to my card. I spoke to an elderly lady who I had witnessed prior helping customers with so much enthusiasm. Those customers were asking questions and she was delighted to answer them with so much respect. You can definitely guess the colour of their skin.I was just asking simple questions about the process of refund and the text I had received for pick up. Instead of explaining things like a normal human being and as a representative of Michaels, I was talked down to. According to her I don’t understand that there are customers in the store that need help and I lack patience because according to what actually happened, not once did I get mad about the order not being ready. I used to work at The Home Depot in the same area for nearly 6 years, I understand that customers ask questions or you have to complete another task. I understand that the order picking gets delayed. Instead of actually listening to what I was asking, she tried to talk over me and walked off. If I was the same skin colour as her and the other customers she was talking to, I honestly believe I would have been treated with much more respect.You have lost a loyal customer.

Good location. Everything is more expensive than other stores but you can always find a 20-40% coupon on their site which evens it out.

What a beautiful store. Large variety of craft supplies. Excellently organized, super clean and very well organized. Well stocked with products of great quality. Customer service is very good. Store employees are nice and courteous. Very beautiful selection of so many cute things. Excellent spring sale with buy 1 get 1 free on manh products. Must visit.
