Absolutely terrible service, had a 11am appointment, after waiting a whole half hour they tell me they don't have my oil filter, told me it was going to be an hour...a hour and a half later, my car is still sitting in the parking lot and still doesn't have the oil filter. Not only, they have rude Indian customers coming in cussing the Midas staff and other customers and they still serve service to these people. Absolutely terrible service. Even though this is my regular spot to come for service, I will not be back

I've been a long time customer here. But I just got my winter tires put on and they charged me a whopping $120. That's more than double what I paid to switch off the winter tires. I asked about it and was told they have new owners. I guess the new owners want to lose customers. They've lost me.

Bobby is a straight professional. No question about it. Came in because a previous mechanic put on the completely wrong rotars which caused my breakpads to completely fall off while exiting my driveway. Scariest moment of my life. Towed it to my local Midas that's family owned and operated and boy was I glad I choose them. Bobby was able to find the cause, fix it and even showed me the exact problem. I've referred all my family and friends here for any car related jobs, BOBBY IS THE MAN! I have complete trust in him, really rarely to find a good shop with an even better owner/mechanic. Guy is an absolute GEM

Just left Midas to get my truck checked and repaired and truthfully the best experience I have ever had at the mechanic.(after 2 poor experiences at 2 different places prior) From Lindsay at the front desk, to Ryan being in constant communication about the status of my truck it was all amazing. They have definitely gained a permanent new customer. Owner/operator is clearly doing something right to have such a great, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

After having a bad experience in getting my tires change over from all seasons to winters last year, I decided to try Midas for the first time to do a tire swap (winter’s to all seasons run flat) on my wife’s 2019 BMW X3.
Lindsay, the front desk customer service representative was very courteous, kind and friendly and paid attention to my concerns. She called and told me what they observed on my vehicle before they had started.
Bobby was the one who did the swap. Thank you taking extra care and ensuring everything was done professionally. I was even more pleasantly surprised when they shined my tires so beautifully.
We are fully satisfied in how your entire team was so professional in doing your job and the price is fair and not exorbitant.
You have earned our trust and two new customers.

Receptionist was very rude on the phone decided to look else where.
If the person on the phone has attitude I can only imagine what the service would be like.

Absolutely blown away by Bobby's incredible work at Midas garage! His attention to detail and expertise were unmatched. The mechnical review he conducted was thorough and meticulous and fix the car at incredibly low price, leaving me with complete peace of mind. Always have great service. Will tell you what can wait or has to be done now. Never felt like I am being taken advantage of. Been going here for years now.
