Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Products were clearly placed under a specific price, yet at checkout they rang up higher. When I pointed this out, staff refused to honour the displayed price and would not acknowledge that the pricing was incorrect. This is misleading and goes against basic consumer protection standards. Customers should not be expected to pay more than the advertised price. The lack of accountability and poor customer service ensured I won’t be returning.

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service experience here was unacceptable. I reached out with a simple issue, and not only was it ignored for days, but when I finally got a response, it was vague, unhelpful, and dismissive.
The representative I spoke with seemed uninterested in resolving the problem and offered no real solutions—just generic replies that felt copy-pasted. In the end, my issue was never fully resolved, and I was left feeling frustrated and completely undervalued as a customer. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company.

The item is priced lower on the display and billing agent over charges item without any explanation
Then fool around clients to email customerservice email address, no contact information of the store manager, or call centre just email that never gets responded. Highly disappointed and recommend to verify price at billing counter as they charge more than the displayed price.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of the manager on duty this afternoon. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that she lacks even the basic understanding of proper customer service.
I strongly suggest that she be given proper training for this position, or that the role be assigned to someone who is genuinely deserving and capable of handling customers with respect and courtesy
