I’ve been coming here for a few years, and they always provide the best services. They are extremely honest, which is something that I greatly respect as it is super hard to come by when it comes to mechanic services. Highly recommend!

Save yourself time and money. Just take your car somewhere else. Their regular and lead mechanic has left this shop. It used to be good but not anymore. They will start experimenting with your car and will make you pay for it. They charge you way more for parts and you can actually Google it for much cheaper price, same part and same brand. Just take your car somewhere else.

So I got my tires changed from the rim about a month ago. They put 2 tires right and 2 tires backwards. This caused issue to my control arm 2 weeks later I came back around a month later, told the mechanic to change my tires and check what's making that horrible noise on my front right wheel. They changed my rotors and breakpads and both of my BACK 2 WHEELS(when I told him it was as the front right wheel with the problem) and asked for 477 dollars. Without checking if the front wheel is fixed, I paid them in full. Took the car out the parking and the same noise occurs. I am furious that he is asking me for $400 more now to change the control arm which is the issue. Why is he changing other stuff on my car which didn't have a issue and not solving the issue. Worst money hungry mechanic of all time . All 5 star ratings are fake that students who are studying for their coop for school and need to pass.

I had the worst experience with this mechanic shop. I took my 2012 ML 350 for an oil leak issue and they told me it can be fixed for around $1800. I agreed to get it fixed. After a day with my in the shop they told me that the truck has oil leak in two place and the total price to fix the problem was around $2500. I agreed to fix both oil leak for $2500. They took about a week to fix. After a week, I still notice oil leak on my driveway, so I took the car back. The told me that one of the part was not available and they did not replace it. So they replaces the part that was not available while I waited for nearly 6 hours with my kids. I check my driveway in two days, there was more oil leaks, I called them and they told me that sometime it drips for few day and it should go away after a weeks or so. I parked my truck in the garage to check the leak. I noticed a bigger oil leak than before I took the truck to the shop. I took the truck back and told them to take the time and fix the issue properly. They kept my car for a week and told me that whatever they fixed is fine. At this point, I did not know what to do, So I took the truck to different shop to get a second opinion. They told me that the oil is leaking from where they fixed. Since these guys lied to me I was uncomfortable taking my car back to them. So I got the issue fixed and the 2nd shop. I ended up paying twice to fix the same issue, Just want share my experience with this shop, don’t get trapped like I did.

disappointed, parts they say better than dealer and charge more than dealer but used mad in china...and told me it is germany made...never accept their mistake and have no sense of what customer service means.

Very disappointed with their service. They did some repairs on my car and did other things wrong and start playing blame game and at the end it was their fault and after wasting whole my day they just said sorry.
