This pharmacy might just be the best in Brampton for it's customer service. My partner and I had recently moved to Toronto, but hadn't switched our pharmacy yet and we realized it on the refill date. Long story short, we were caught up in traffic and the staff at the pharmacy were very understanding of the situation. They stayed open a bit longer, on a Friday, so that we could come pick up our medication. Once you're there, trust that you will be taken care of above and beyond expectations.

An exceptional pharmacy in our community. Two generations of this family have been taking care our family for years. The pharamacists and staff pay attention to details. We trust their advice and oversight to our percriptions and potential drug interactions.

In my opinion the best pharmacy in Brampton. In my 15 years going to this pharmacy I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and respect.
The staff are friendly and super knowledgable.
I wouldn’t dream of filling my medication needs anywhere else but here.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The pharmacy was well-stocked, and I was able to find everything I needed easily. The wait time for my prescription was minimal, and the pharmacist took the time to explain the dosage and potential side effects clearly.

Excellent service and very courteous stuff. I was assisted by a very lovely gentleman (named Sherif I believe, or maybe his nickname is Sheriff?) and he went out of his way to fill my prescriptions with the best prices in such a short time.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 35 yrs now and will continue to do so. Last wk, l had my 1st appointment with my doctor at the new building for a refill prescription. I looked at the pharmacy located there and noticed a line up. I thought to myself, NO WAY will l ever change my pharmacy. Every staff at North Bramalea have a heart of gold. Love Kelly and Layla. Everytime lbwalk into the pharmacy, they all welcome you with a big "hi and how are you and the family". You leave with a smile on your face. The staff will go out of their way to help with any information needed, they will send a message to your doctor regarding a prescription and always call you back. They are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. My prescription is ALWAYS ready for pick up. I NEVER need to wait! Love coming here and l know you will too. Thank you Kelly and to all. You are the best! Have been going to this Pharmacy for years. Everyone is so friendly and they always have my meds ready to go when I need them. They go the extra mile and make sure my refills are taken care of and make sure it's like a family environment.

You won’t find a better pharmacy anywhere.
Every member of the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. They always go out of their way to ensure you are happy.
