Worst customer service. The person who was at the billing counter didn't know how to use a scene card, didn't get any points, and when i asked, the person said i don't know. Rather than correcting the mistake, that person said its either machine problem or my problem. I mean this is how you treat your customer.

Bought some paint from HH recently and found the mix too dark .....brought it back to HH at Northwest and these guys adjusted the paint colour without hesitation. Customer service was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Thanks Karan and Ben!!!

Customer service was outstanding. The staff member i dealt with went out of her way to access a snow shovel for me that was in inventory but not on display in the store. Would not have happened in one of the larger big box stores. It was worth driving to Georgetown to get what I was after.

I needed an unusual key cut that I'd had so much trouble duplicating at any other store, including home depot. None of the other hardware stores were willing to take my blank key to duplicate, not even a locksmith.
Nick told me he'd cut it, but since it's my own blank he can't promise anything, but I told him I'm willing to take that chance, since I've tried so many other places.
Not only did it work, but Nick didn't charge me for it! I so humbled by his generosity and good nature. This was my last hope and he was amazing.
I've gone into this store before and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful but today was exceptional. Definitely recommend this store. Thank you so much Nick! The key worked!

I am biased in this post since I built the plaza and the Home Hardware store. I even helped out the startup by working there part-time.
Beyond this, I still drop in to shop on a regular basis. The staff is helpful and try to make sure you find what you need. Friendly people, great managers.

I was amazed at the service. Nick took my order over the phone for lawn mower. A member of the staff put the handle in place and explained how to use it. Unfortunately when I went to start it, it didn't work. I called and Nick was amazing!!! He arranged for his tech to come over and fix the problem. I mean, no hassle, no questioning what I was doing wrong. Just so efficient! Arthur was at my place within the hour and got it started. Explained everything I needed to know. This Home Hardware is now my go to store. You can't get this type of service from a big box store!
