This store deserve negative ranking if possible..Worst service specially the manager Tiffany is super arrogant and super rude..I went there buy blazer and on the rack where it was kept said 40% off , when i went to cash it out they were taking full price for that. Upon my request also they didn't consider to look into it and the manager Tiffany was like buy if u want to buy or leave it..Old Navy should train there staff and Manager better to speak with customer or else they gone lose business... Never returning to this old navy and this store.

I was very pleased with the 3 ladies who assisted me on a recent visit to Old Navy at Bramalea City Centre in Brampton... Rebecca, Gabby and Joanne. Rebecca in particular went out of her way in locating oversize flannel pyjamas for my husband.

This review is for Joanne (the cashier). She was amazing to help us with our return and exchange process. Very efficient, patient, helpful and made our experience very pleasant. We ended up buying extra things from the store because of her :D Lucas helped us on the floor to find our sizes and he was very helpful and efficient as well. This is the store we will be visiting in the future!

This review gets a 1 star due to its poor lack of service. I had gone in to buy some clothes for my cousin. I shopped around at least 5 other places in the mall, including The Bay, TipTop tailors, Roots, Bently, etc. At all of these places, the level of customer care and service was phenomenal, friendly, and nothing short of a pleasant experience. The same cannot be said as I was cashed out at Old Navy by a cashier named Jasmine. The store was closing at 9pm, this transaction took place around 8:30pm on Wednesday, October 18th/2023. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she may have had a long and tiring shift but there was absolutely no excuse for such rude attitude and an entitled behavior that's deplorable. She was incredible assertive when I answered her question and also threw my receipt in the bag and shoved it to the side for me to pick up. I have shopped at Old Navy for over a decade, & I know this particular experience isn't indicative of their brand, however it does have a lot to do with whom they choose to hire and keep on the front-line of their registers. The next day I reported my concern to the supervisor, Inderpreet (as far as I can re-call her name) who was very receptive to my concern, apologetic and empathetic as well. My advise for Old Navy is please wisely select the people you choose to place on the front-end, its frustrating as a customer when your products are likable but some of your staff isn't given their subpar level of customer treatment as in this case.

I came in and the cashier to the right who cashed out the sweater. There was some slight damage on the inside and that was the last size of the item. But he honored it and gave a small discount.I'm very pleased because I actually came in on my birthday. And although I did not get the birthday discount. I left happy. Amazing staff and and manager. Will definitely come back to shop.FYI to customers: Please, sign up for a birthday before the day. Maybe even a month just to be sure. I truly didn't think that mattered. But apparently it does so they send you an email. (On the online store it says "you will receive a gift", and then when you drive all the way there, you will discover that the gift is 30% off if you purchase something and based off the money you spent that year. I for one thought that ruined the birthday itself. But that is related to the marketing team. You shouldn't even put a "free gift" because a person will drive a few hours just to make this discovery in person, on their special day.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Horrible service, specially the so called manager Isha Chawala. She was so rude, they doesn't even care about their customers. I will never recommend this store.

This is the worst place to be!!! They gave the most horrible service ever! The person who was billing us had so much attitude ( my suggestion if u feel ur too good to be there, then don't be). We rasied this complaint to the manager Matthew, and he was looking for reasons to protect this horrible behavior. Rest assured, we had a horrible time. Never going back! I hope someone from Old navy responds.

I vistited the Old Navy located at Bramalea City Centre during the week of March break. My experience with the assistant manager named "Inderpreet", was horrible. She was notoriously rude with me as I insisted she give me my purchase I had made online. She refused to give me my purchase because I did not have government ID on me. I did however, have my order confirmation email and my credit card in which my purchase was made with. I do not understand how Old Navy could have such strict policies on a $40 dollar purchase. I expressed my concerns with Inderpreet and told her I did not appreciate her tone with me. She then turned to another employee, and in my presence, said to her "Am I being rude to her?". I called her out on it, and told her that I am a customer and that is not the way you should speak to customers. Inderpreet then took a calmer approach, and gave me my package. I thanked her and walked out of the store. I was very disappointed. Customer service providers for this store need a lesson on how to properly address paying customers.
