I tried to exchange a pair of dog boots that I purchaes 2 days ago on sale. Because the sale was over they would not exchange and said I need to pay regular price. I tried to exchange for a different size of the exact same boot. There is no price difference other than the sale being over. Terrible service I have never experienced this at any store before. I was going from a size 5 to 6 , measured my dogs paws and went according to the size guide. Very unfortunate and very upsetting.

We recently adopted a few rescue dogs who were in desperate need of grooming. Esha was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to remove severe mats that were restricting the dogs’ movement — something we thought might be impossible.
Thanks to her care and skill, they’re now so much more comfortable and able to enjoy a much better quality of life. We’re beyond grateful for the difference she’s made and the dogs are so much happier now.

Every review on here seems to be about Esha and for good reason! I've taken my golden retriever to a couple different people, and she is 100% the best one. She is so calm and patient with him and I always feel comfortable knowing she is with him. Would 100% recommend taking your dog to see her!

I cannot say enough great things about Esha and the incredible job she did grooming my dog (Yorkshire Terrier) From the moment we walked in, she was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her work. She took the time to ensure my dog was comfortable, and the results were absolutely perfect—my pup has never looked or felt better!

I have been taking my dog for grooming here for about 3 months now and I always have an amazing experience. Esha (the groomer) always takes such good care of my dog and I really appreciate. I fully recommend to bring your dogs to her whenever you can.

After my last few grooming experiences, I have to show some love and high praise for Esha. She is absolutely amazing with dogs, showing so much care and patience throughout the grooming process. My pup always comes home looking fantastic and happier than ever! Esha’s attention to detail is truly the best from every groomer we’ve tried in the past. i just wanted to say that DILDEEP served me tonight and put away a turtle product for me & she was kind to introduce me with other products that i may try in the future & she also helped me to find more turtle products elsewhere (because pet valu has very little selection for aquatic turtles) BUT i will Always come here for my turtles food ! thank you again DILDEEP

Terrible grooming services. I use to take my dog to Esha, she would be running behind and kept my dog in the cage for like an hour and then spent 30-45 mins for the groom. I would pick up my dog, he would not be properly groomed and I would be charged for things like nail cutting and triming the fur around the paws and legs and it clearly looked like it wasn't done. When I brought this up she totally got defensive and brought out his grooming chart to show me. Just because you have it written down doesn't mean you actually did the service. Anyways she refused to see my dog again with the excuse that he wasn't coming to get groomed regularly. She's petty and unprofessional. And of course the owner doesn't care that customers are being treated this way. I haven't been back to this location since.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Pet valu. When I was checking out, the cashier was on their phone the whole time, having a conversation about something totally unrelated to work. They didn’t greet me or even acknowledge I was there, just kept scanning my stuff while chatting away. I had to look at the register myself to see how much I owed because they never told me. It just felt really unprofessional and honestly a bit rude. I get that people have things going on, but maybe put the phone down while helping customers? It left a bad impression, and I’m not sure I’ll be going back.
