Owner and management playing smart with shutting off car wash every other day!! Petro-Canada need to investigate about this location because people who paid for car wash pass are not getting full benefit !! I request everyone to start complaining to Petro-Canada about this location• also their soap quality is poor and thinner than other locations!!

Most of time their car wash is not working. They don't even bother to pick up to confirm if it is working. I wasted my time and gas just visiting this horrible place, multiple times. My suggestion is,if it has that much technical issue either get it repaired properly or just close it permanently. At least it will save you from the frustration once you get there just for car wash and it is closed.

Horrible customer service and car wash experience. When I explained them the situation and they didn’t accept customer issue and keep saying that it’s not their responsibility. What is their responsibility? Is their responsibility being rude to customers? Worst customer service ever.

Don’t WASH your car at this gas station. The operation staff doesn’t know how to operate the car wash. They even didn’t want the suggestion from the customer. Both the staff and store manager are not well TRAINED about customer service. Worst customer service ever.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Avoid this car wash unless you want to experience a terrible, speechless and awful customer service. They just don’t know how to deal with customers or maybe they just don’t care.

If you don’t want to be treated like trash don’t go to this place. Worst customer service ever. Both the staff and manager are rude. Not trained properly how to treat customers with respect.

The staff doesn't use their brains. They choose to clean the bathrooms during the busiest time of the day (lunch time) every day. So that everyone buying food, eating food, etc. cannot even use a bathroom. Truly ridiculous. Clean bathrooms at night when nobody is around. I'll never come back to this location again solely for this reason.

Very convenient for me and the Gas prices are always cheaper as compared to other Gas stations in the area. I find Wash rooms are neat and well maintained. Washed my Car Today - Got a perfectly clean Car - better than touch less wash.
