This is a big store. The staff is very courteous. However I felt that they lack enough stock of food items. Especially the ones on discount. Other outlets have better Discounts on offer. This was my 3rd visit to this store and I could not find competitive pricing.

Been to this place several times to groom my puppy. Very good service. This time round, took for bath and haircut, great customer service but when i picked up my puppy, felt like he was not brushed at all, just blow dried. His coat was not combed and his hair was falling all over my vehicle. Was expecting a better job. Hopefully they fix the inconsistency in their pet care.

Not sure what type of grooming service they’re running here but I had my dog groomed a few times at this location and his last visit completely traumatized him. When I went to pick him up the groomer told me that he was stressed and kept pooping himself. She also mentioned that she was not able to trim his nails because of how anxious he was. But his previous grooming sessions there they had no issues. The only difference this time was the groomer was different than the person that usually grooms him. She seemed frustrated and annoyed with him. He had never had this issue for his previous grooming appointments. Ever since this last time he gets super nervous and super anxious. I started taking him to Pet Valus dog wash and even with me giving him his bath he gets the runs after. My pup is traumatized and I don’t know what this lady did to him.

I had the worst experience at this location. I brought my cats in for a bath and deshedding, and in the six years I’ve been taking them to groomers, I’ve never once received complaints about aggression. Neither I nor anyone around them has ever seen any aggressive behavior. Just five minutes after dropping them off, I got a call saying one of my cats had bitten the groomer. When I rushed back, I found my cat soaked in shampoo and water, shivering in the carrier without being rinsed or dried. How am I supposed to believe he was handled properly and treated well? They refused to continue grooming, which I understand about the procedure, but what kind of groomers don’t use safety masks or gloves when handling animals? Groomers should be experienced, especially at a large organization like this. At the very least, they should be trained and equipped for the job. Even my previous home-based groomer always used an anti-bite mask and safety gloves before grooming any animal.

That sunky old nanny sucks. She thinks she know everything. She mistreated me n was rude. She must be sent home or should be trained on the core values of customer service.
