Sad to see this location is closing down. We usually come here for our guinea pigs supplies. Although sometimes a specific product we needed is out of stock, we still enjoy coming and checking out the other guinea pigs.

We had a very disappointing grooming experience at this location. Without any request or instruction from us, the groomer (Madison) shaved our puppy down to the skin, leaving visible shave marks and causing obvious distress. To make matters worse, the manager attempted to offer a free cut in exchange for us not leaving a negative review. Please be cautious if considering this place.

The middle aged male that helped us was completely clueless. I believe his name was Milo? When inquiring about dog grooming products he was quick to dismiss us and give the tasks to another female worker who was very helpful. Actually I am glad he delegated the task to someone else because his breathe smelled…This store used to be good but some of the new staff is of poor quality…

Usually i always get my dogs hair cut done by kailie b, molly or natalia (they do an amazing job) but this time it was cut by someone named stephanie. My dog came back with the edges of her paws scraped. Plus some parts were not even cut like what are these random long fur pieces.

Amazing store and Staff... But sadly they are closing this location on September 5th, 2025... Their lease is up and it's not being renewed... I'll be sad to see our local PetSmart gone.

Had a really disappointing experience at this pet food store. We ordered food online for our cat, but she refused to eat one of the brands. Since the order was delivered from this location, we went in person to try and exchange it. We had the online receipt, order number, and all our account details.
Despite this, the staff refused to help us unless we had the physical printed bill—something not made clear during the online purchase process. What made it worse was the dismissive attitude we were met with. One older staff member in particular was extremely rude and acted as though we were a nuisance for simply asking for help. She made no effort to look up the order or offer any kind of solution.
We then went to the Heartland PetSmart, and they exchanged the products with no issue—just using our account phone number and the order number. That’s what real customer service looks like.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had a negative interaction at this location with the same person. The staff here clearly needs training on how to treat customers with basic respect. I won’t be returning.

Great golden doodle groom from Natalia!!! Our puppy looks amazing. Older caucasian cashier lady was extremely rude and condescending, completely ruined the experience.
Not worth the stress, I will stop visiting when Natalia leaves this location

Not impressed with the service, not my usual location but they had more availability. Staff are not so friendly, charged me more than my usual location. $60 service, dog doesn't even smell like he had a bath. Less then an hour and even mentioned he was put in the kennel for a nap!! So bath and shampoo, dry, trim nails, fur trim and teeth brushed in about 25 min. Only obvious change was his nails clipped. No paperwork on what they did. It's clear why this location had so much availability. I think I'll stick with my trusted location.
This service should have included a
premium low-shed shampoo, FURminator de-shedding solution, full blow dry, with up to 20 minutes of brushing with the FURminator & undercoat tools as well as nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim.
20 min of brushing**** my whole service was 25 min at best!
Nails before and after service. Very little change.
