GUYSS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GODS DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR A SERVICE.
Wish I could give them a zero star or better yet a negative rating but 1 star it is for now. I don’t understand how is this dealership is even running their service department. Had the pleasure of being one of their many victims. Went to get a noise coming from the transmission of my car, mind you the car is still under warranty, I was told in under 20 minutes of bringing my car in that everything is okay with my car. According to them the noise was coming from the cologne bottles in my glove compartment and now I have to pay for the diagnostic charge which was 170, which in and itself is crazy, your guy basically did nothing but sat in my car and for that you are charging 170 bucks, if he had done his due diligence and checked everything by inspecting the transmission and nothing came up then it was understandable but to just sit in the car and say “oh no it is all good” is really stupid. Then I got my car back and they had not even taken their covers that they put on the seats and mats off, I had to take them off and throw them in garbage myself but still I was happy to know that nothing was wrong with my car but that happiness was not long lived, I sat in my car and when I drove it the same noise was still there. I got back to the shop and said it is still there, they got the same guy to sit with me, who all okayed the car, when I drove it and lo and behold the noise IS THERE. The guy back paddled hard and said yes it is there and without a single word to say if they were fixing it or not left. Then came in their best of the best, I was told to wait for their foreman and to show it to him as well, who by the way took his sweet time to come and sat with me. I showed him that this is the noise and during whole time the guy was not concerned about the noise but was complaining that why are driving like this, while all I was doing was trying to show him that this is the noise and he was really condescending the whole time and kept saying “ oh you are confusing the car” , when I said even if the car is confused and has high RPMs it still should not make that noise and you know what I got as an answer, the guy literally said, “Oh maybe Ford ment for it to make that noise”, which is the stupidest thing I have heard come out of the mouth of a person and to think he is a FOREMAN of this place. Guy didn’t even offer to diagnose the car, which I literally PAID FOR and said I will talk to FORD about it. I mean at least check what is wrong and let me know. Wasted 3 hours of my time and did not fix the issue or even let me know what the issue even is, to this day. This is their best service that they offer, you give them your money and time and in return they won’t even tell you what is wrong with your car much less fix it.

????Planet Ford Brampton: Where Communication, Honesty, and Basic Decency Go to Die

If you’re looking for a place that combines misinformation, cowardice, and a complete lack of professionalism, Planet Ford in Brampton is your dream destination. I brought in my Chevy Camaro as a trade-in, thinking I’d get a fair deal. Instead, I was treated like I brought in a car made of cardboard.
The saleswoman, bless her soul, was sent like a lamb to the slaughter by the so-called “manager.” He apparently couldn’t be bothered to communicate like a real adult and instead sent her to relay the brilliant assessment from “the owner” that my Camaro belonged in a scrapyard. Yes, you heard that right—scrapyard. This professional gem apparently saw an $8500 trade-in value as trash. (Spoiler: I got it traded for $8500 elsewhere, but math and truth clearly aren’t his strong suits.)
The best part? The manager didn’t even have the backbone to come say this nonsense to my face. Oh no, he stayed hidden in his office, sending out his saleswoman to deliver the bad news like some kind of medieval courier. Maybe confrontation is too much for his delicate sensibilities. And of course, I can’t exactly be blunt with the saleswoman when it’s clear she’s just the messenger for this circus.
So if you want a place where honesty and communication take a back seat and managers hide behind others, Planet Ford in Brampton is your go-to. Just don’t expect professionalism, integrity, or courage to be part of the package.

Truly impressed by your Service Department specifically Amy! She truly is such an amazing asset to Ford. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and tries her best to accommodate and help. She deserves all the recognition. Unfortunately the Ford I had booked with in Brampton had some city work being done and they weren’t advised so 5 minutes before my appointment they had to cancel. I was in a panic due to my vehicle needing servicing and I work Monday-Friday. I called Planet Ford and had the absolute pleasure to speak with Amy she not only squeezed me in but kept me updated and even came to speak with me after my vehicle was all done. She is extremely throughout at explaining what is being done and what is necessary and makes you feel comfortable that your dealing with someone honest. She has a great personality super personable. I will be doing my servicing here on out just from Amy’s amazing customer service and hospitality. Thank you!

The Planet Ford service team was great to work with. Had a serious issue with our 2024 mustang requiring quite a bit of work. Working through some logistical challenges relating to component availability, Planet Ford was helpful in keeping me informed of the status. A huge shout out goes to Amy in service for providing updates even when I did not expect an update. Amy went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly during the service and post service with a follow-up courtesy call. Thank you Amy and the service management team for creating a pleasant experience during a difficult issue!

I used to go to other ford service but because of those guys close I started going in there branch for oil change and other stuff I got recall one day for break related problem after they fix partial they told me that they don’t have part so they fix half of stuff but not all as soon as they fix my car partially I was facing problem with my break abs sign as well as hill side assistance so I try to check with other mechanics they all told me that it’s ford fault but we still change your router and break pad so I did but problem didn’t solve now my new router is also gone more over this branch is lier as other ford dealership charge less than these guys for every service I don’t know why
Even for oil change they never told me it’s not full synthetic its semi synthetic but price is same as full synthetic I know because other ford dealership gave me 15000km after service but these guys gave 10000km after service more over when ever I does oil change with them my vehicle didn’t sound good when ever I press gas pedal after that my vehicle start giving me more consumption of gas I did my oil change with them bunch of time
They also call me for recall after that my Orignal break router are gone because of abs sensor and hill side assist then I replaced them with other company now still same new one both pads and router gone I never suggest one to go on this branch they are lied for every thing if you have new vehicle it will be good for some time if you repair with these guys but as soon as it goes old they will decrease vehicle life by using bad materials without your knowledge
They also have price difference as I lost my ford fusion key and they ask me 100 $ extra from ford other service center ( which is closed now )as well as Vaughn branch

I met a wonderful person called Mohit Kumar at this dealership who showed me and test drove a Ford vehicle with me. His attention to detail, his humility, non-aggressive attitude and his good manners during our meeting made me very comfortable with the overall process. I recently leased a vehicle from Jatinder deol, and overall, the experience was positive. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the leasing options and explaining the terms clearly. The vehicle selection was good, and I found a model that suited my needs. The response to my issue was very prompt. The service providers were very courteous and explained what the process to correct the issue would be. I was provided with a lift to my residence and then was picked up and taken back to the dealership when my car was ready. The problem had been resolved very satisfactorily.
