Very organized, lots of stuff to choose from, everything clean and free of damage. Got the cutest winter coat for $18, super happy!

I had a really disappointing experience at Plato's Closet. I took in a whole bunch of clothes in mint condition, some even with tags still on, and they didn’t take a single item. I spent time carefully picking out trendy, high-quality pieces that I thought would be perfect for their store. It honestly felt like a huge waste of time they didn’t seem interested in buying at all. I won’t be going back anytime soon if that’s how they treat customers who come in with quality items.

It's all garbage here. Go to Oakville.

Rude staff, barely anybody who helps you. Worst Plato’s closet by far.

9/10. Best place to go for clothes in my opinion, they have great deals and priced fairly. They don’t have much for shoes though you just have to be lucky but the men’s quality and brand named clothes they have tops the amount of clothes at surrounding Plato’s. Also the staff is very friendly and always helping if you need a hand, the manager is always very nice and runs a great store in good order. Thanks

I found some really good items that were very fairly priced. Basically brand new Air Force ones for $25. I’m very happy to report that they have a lot of choices in different sizes and styles
If you see any comments getting mad about them, not taking clothes I just want to point out to the fact that if there is any stains or rips or if it’s not in season, they won’t take your clothes. So don’t take offence to that. I’ve taken bags of clothes here and they’ve said no thanks (due to the points i made) and that’s just how it goes sometimes.
Also they don’t get to choose what they offer for your clothes. They have a computer system that does that so please don’t get mad at the workers. They’re very professional and very nice.

They have specific hours of operation on their website and on their doors but when you go there the doors are closed. For example I went on Friday Dec 4th their website and door said closing 7PM, but when I got there at exactly 6PM the door was locked. The next day got there at 1:45pm and again door closed. Not sure what's happening, but if their hours are adjusted, they need to update their signs.

Had a great experience with one of the buyers, Victoria. Amazing customer service the moment you walk into this location! Victoria had great awareness— was greeted with urgency. It is worth the drive as this is the best Plato’s Closet I have visited out of all the ones in Toronto in my opinion.

I enjoy coming here. I buy some decent quality and brand clothes here for usually half the price they would be at their original retail store. This store allows you to sell clothing items of your own, however, they can be very picky of the style, brand and wear.

This place is overpriced. You can get new clothing for cheaper prices.. .They buy clothes really cheap also. . Shopping here is not actually saving you anything.. This place is too expensive.

Nice clothes however, selling there is extremely difficult. gave them over half my closet and only took two items $60 demonias and a garage tee ($16+) and only offered my $8.50 for both.

Don't waste your time going to this place. I brought a bag of clothes, most still had tag. Within 3 minutes I got a text that my items have been processed. They rejected everything. When I looked in the bag, my clothes were still folded.

The staff at this location lies all the time about why the don't want to buy items from a person I've gone there several times and the story remains the same and I feel because I'm older they think the clothing is for older people even though I'm bringing it on behalf of my 20 year old daughter....but if I go to other locations the things they refused in Brampton they buy at a reasonable price...(Brampton is a more convenient location)

The store wasn't busy on a Sunday afternoon.
The staff was nice.
It was easy to find items.
It was overpriced for some items. Example TNA pants that had wear and tear for $30. Danier leather purse for $10 but the zipper latch was broken.
The guys section was bigger than the Markham and Richmond Hill stores and I found great sweats for men for $15.
I think you just have to be patient and look for the deals.
Clearance items were only 10%, so not really a bargain.
