Utmost important to gather the supervisor’s name on duty to retrieve anymore information or document. Security desk will not be able to help unless you have a name (not just the case number)”
“Never liked this location as often services were subpar. Kudos to Aaron who was very patient, helpful and professional during hectic hours. I was waiting in the line and observed that he did above and beyond while helping others and never showed slight annoyance. Canada Post should take opportunities to recognize great work, beautiful hearts, and bring service to a higher level.”
