Having been a customer of theirs for an extended period, it's regrettable to acknowledge that I've reached a point where I won't be continuing to engage their services. Lately, assignments I've entrusted to them have proven to be time-consuming, necessitating repeated calls and emails, despite assurances from Harnish regarding timely delivery. Unfortunately, these promises have consistently gone unfulfilled. Follow-up attempts through calls and emails have been consistently ignored. In my communications with Nilesh, I've found that he redirects the conversation to Harnish. For those operating a business, it's crucial to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Very bad customer service doDo not talk full responsibility of there products they printed the wrong phone number but when I went back they told me it's not there responsible to check the phone number or the name of your business. They didn't fix my card they charged me full amountI don't recommend this placeThe experience I ever hadI never got any email I came to the storeYou can double checkI have double checked my side you can do the sameYou should be taking the responsibility if you can show me the email then it's my responsibility please show me the email

We are very upset and will not recommend Quick Design and Print for any services as they have not only misbehaved when we called them but also have been dragging us From last 2 daysI reached out to then all the way from Toronto after I saw their website and they not only misbehaved but also wasted our time .Please respect your customers .
