Very rude staff, specially Indian girl working in post office, arrogant, poor customer service skills, don’t know how to deal with customers. I noticed she is mumbling and cursing customers, how disrespectful and inappropriate.

Their service is very slow. The lady Nayma is too slow and rude. She took a very long time to deal with the customer. She doesn't know anything about customer service.

They are very rude, I was asking something on phone the lady hand up the phone right away and she didn’t answer it. That is totally unprofessional. I don’t understand why Rexell is hiring such unprofessional people.

John from the post office is truly a negative person who needs to be let go. I do not understand why John has to be so rude to kind customers. I watched John be incredibly disrespectful and a bit racist to a customer when the customer was incredibly kind. After the customer left, he started bad mouthing the customer and aggressively threw down his package - possibly damaging it. I no longer feel comfortable coming to this Canada Post. He needs to seriously reconsider working a customer service job. Please take the time to discipline his behaviour.

I had visited many times to rexall at all three different stations present inside it and the excellent service was provided by each and every employee working inside it. The pharmacist staff works too fast and by turn wise, as i visit pharmacy daily. Moreover, they never disappointed me.

Washrooms are closed, also when wanted to pay for my purchase, no one was there so I had to wait for the staff. They are rude.

wanted water bottle store says open at 8 went in and they told me it was closed until 9 bcuz the pharmacist isn't here and is illegal to sell ANYTHING even a water bottle. This location is the worst and needs to be closed ASAP.
