They did renovations recently and the place looks nice , prices are way higher than other stores and you will see an example in my picture, everywhere else a 2 liter bottle of soda will cost you 2.99

Poor customer service experience.
Went in to get some soft cookies for a visit to an old friend who’s in a home. Found what I needed and went to the cash to pay. Noticed a few packs of potato chips at the counter for a dollar off. Asked the girl at the counter for reason who explained that their best before date were soon. I didn’t mind this so picked one bag and paid for it but before leaving the counter I noticed the pack looked a bit crumpled so decided to open the pack in front of her and noticed it didn’t look good or smell fresh. I brought it to her attention who said to my surprise “that’s why they’re a dollar off” and promptly ordered me to leave the counter so she can serve other customers!
I wasn’t going to make a scene so I left and threw the pack in the garbage but felt sad for loosing our “good old Canadian customer service” where I would’ve logically been offered a new pack or refunded for the purchase. This was a mere insignificant $3.15 purchase but left a very unpleasant taste with the attitude of the cashier who certainly did not know the customer service etiquette of Rexall or expressed her own idea of customer service.

I had to call an hour before I could get my medication for them to get it ready. I couldn’t just show up and pick it up.. then they didn’t give me the right doses of my medication then they didn’t listen to me I needed more days before I ran out to pick up my medication. I need a week advance just in case something happens. And now today was my last day of the medication I have but sadly I had to pick up my new medication from them today so they didn’t learn at all and the worst part is I have epilepsy so if I couldn’t have made it to get my medication I could’ve had a seizure

You can expect all the usual stuff you get from any such store. Friendly staffs. Canada post in inside the location.
The variety of medicines and tablets for the kids seem to be less than the other shops

I have only been to this location a few times. This last time, I was ready in line to pay for my purchase. The cashier asked us to wait because she had to close the doors since it was close to closing time. We waited about 5 minutes. Then she comes back and tells us that we had to pay at the other cashier at the back of the store (couldn't she have said that the first time?). We moved to the back and lined up but there was no one on cash there. Another 5 minutes later, another staff comes by and tells us to wait that she would be with us soon, and she left the store to the parking lot!! I waited another 5 minutes and no one back. What a waste of time!

I never liked this store poor staff that I felt with in post office. However this is more in the line of a heads up on price. I am just home from Costco and bought 5.5 L container of Epson salt for $9.99 popped into Raxall on way past to get lotto there was a 2L container for over $14 and I’m not sure size for $19.99 it’s only one item but extortionate price.

First we were standing on counter about 5mins and there 3 ladies jus gossiping but didnt ask us fot our queries.Then i asked and she said item in line 6..when we didnt find in line 6 we again asked her can uh find for me..she said wait im coming and after 5 minutes i again ask other girl on counter said its not avaiable and she told uu by mistake..owner has to take care of this. this happend with me now when i posted this.

Worse pharmacy ever.....nearly zero customer service skills.....call, no one answers or takes several tries to get someone to pickup. If you go to pickup....they will ignore you and have you stand there for like 2 to 3mins before acknowledging you are there. Every new medication I get...I have to ask to have my medication explained to me, any other pharmacy asks if its the 1st time and if yes, they usually won't give you your meds without speaking to the pharmacist. This pharmacy is carelss....slow....just not worth it dealing with the long waits, chaos and disarray(this evening they have medications everywhere all mixed up) just because its close to my house....I'll gladly drive to another location of rexall and a completely different pharmacy.

The management here is a joke. One lady disrespects her employees and takes her own issues out on the staff. I would never recommend anyone to work here because of how unprofessional the managers are.
