It's totally seems like taking roger service is wastage of time .. I have 5 lines with them still every time I go to them instore for any solution.. they just ask us to call customer service moreover when we called customer service they are are liking having Limited asses not getting any solution from last 3 months. BOUGHT A DEVICE IN STORE AND 3 LINES WHEN WE RETURNED THE PHONE BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE THE PERSON ASSISSTING US SAID THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE LINE AS WELL .. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS STILL WE ARE PAYING FOR THAT LINE . NO SOLTION THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP US ANY WAY ..

Never ever visit them for any service. Poor customer service. A representative named Amritpal kaur promised me that I will get my bill $80 but I am paying $120. And they were not ready to take the responsibility for the mistake.

Had an amazing & smooth experience with Rajnish! She was able to offer me a higher coverage mobile plan for less than what I am currently paying.
I highly suggest making a visit to the store instead of wasting your time with online reps (wait times and response times are always so long and I am constantly having to repeat simple questions - to only be disconnected shortly after not getting a response).

They locked the door 15 mins before their actual closing time and won't listen to the problem. I just wanted to Ask if they provide Wifi services but the lady was very rude and didn't even gave a reply to me.
Never coming back!!

Poor service at Roger’s store.Location: 9980 Airport Rd, Unit 11, Brampton, ON L6S0C5
I went to this store to get a new connection on Dec 30,2024 at 6pm and store closes at 8 ( that’s what it said at their door). Since there is a door bell at this location, I pressed the button at the bell it showed as ringing but no one answered the bell. I repeated that 3 times still no answer. Customer service representative sitting inside looked at us that we are standing at the door but still didn’t do anything. If they already had enough customers inside then they can either answer the bell and let us know that they can’t let us in or they can put a note on the door. Just ignoring the customer standing out in cold waiting for someone to answer the bell is rude and shows that Roger’s don’t care about existing or new customers.

A respresentative guides me, that it will take 2 months to do process the save and return, if i return my phone at this location. This is misguiding. I am working to file a nice complaint for misguidance and harrasement.
