Today I experienced great customer service. Employee Ryan even too the time to use a lint roller to make the merchandise more I purchased better. I appreciate the small things and he did what appeared natural.

If I could give them minus stars I would have given -5. 15 minutes before closing they tell anyone waking in the store that only walk in if you are buying. Well, obviously we will buy if we see and like something. So unprofessional. If you are so much in hurry to pack your bags and sign off for the day then you should not be in customer service.

Staff need more training .If customer already in store buying clothes they tell its 7.00 pm they cant bill and we have to leave .

I’ve been to this store twice before, never much of a selection but this is the first time I’ve been completely ignored. Not even a “hello” “welcome” “check out our sale selection” nothing! I roamed the infant section (which was a hot mess!) for a good 5 minutes, directly across from 3 male store associates and not one person asked me if I needed help looking for anything. I moved to another section where there was a female associate, she looked at me and continued on with her task. She then comes over to the infant section where I went back to, with one of the males and asked him to straighten it up because it was a mess. Even then, STILL NOTHING. I put everything back and left. I suggest reviewing customer service and etiquette in your next training because this was a very disappointing experience.

Message from Visitor.i have just come from your trinity common outlet. I bought track jacket and pants for my child. This is the first time I got something from the store. I normally do not buy anything from roots but my child insisted to buy stuff from there. My experience in the store was horrible. There’s one average build white girl and she was extremely rude. My bill was $100.80 cents and I told her that I do not .80 cents on me and before I could continue she bluntly said that she will not pay for it. I never asked her to pay for it. I told her that I have another $100 bill on me and she needs to provide change. She then said that we do not provide change and I have to go to metro to get one. Then I settled the transaction with my credit card. My suggestion to you the outlet is that you must educate the staff to be polite and listen to the customer to speak and finish . There’s no place for such unpleasant staff in the outlet . Can the store manager reach out to me. I need to report this matter to head office.
