Rova Products has a job opening for the position of 'Assembler'..so I went on Indeed and applied for it as their job description said 'NO EXPERIENCE' REQUIRED as we are looking for candidates who want to learn on the job & from their peers..and even went and physically dropped off my resume at their location ( 30 Automatic Drive, Brampton, ON, L6S 5N8)..Their HR dept is not reachable..goes to voicemail..Havent even gotten a reply back in my email or even a call letting me know why I wasnt selected for the cable assembler role..So, then how would someone ( like me) learn a new skill ( Cable Assembly) if they are never given the opportunity of the job of a cable assembler?Like why advertise an assembly job with the description saying ' No Experience Required' (knowing people are going to apply for it so they can learn a new skill..).. only to not reply back to people?

Behavior of HR was so rude , not at all helpful, I asked for help to change the address to Madhvi and She didn't responded properly didn't provided the email for me to provide the request for change in address and the employees are treated the same. Employees in this company are unhelpful. Hate this company. So rude behavior. Partiality is on top with this company.
