bad experience, I got two locks top of line which give problem, called for service call, technician came with limited tools and could not fix the lock, problem persisting for three days, still nothing done; you have to call them again and again to get the work done.. not a good experience, very disappointing

One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. Royal is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal to other companies. Dave

I was looking around for a part and couldn't find it anywhere...not only did they have it but they just gave it to me for no charge...very pleasant and positive experience compared to the other places in town!!!.....I'll go back for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
