Absolutely NO customer service. After discussing an issue with the Brampton store and receiving zero customer service, I called Head Office, who proceeded to call the store. Unfortunately, the Head Office and the Store do not have the same standards. Purchases at the RW + Co Store had been made, then, only a few days later, the store would not honour the new sale prices. Long story short - the store "manager" reneged the staff person "A"'s offer to honour the new prices, along with the CAA discount. Why is it that good customer service is so lacking in retail stores /staff? Prices and Customer Service remain the best at TJX stores, not the RW / Reitmans brand retailers!

My recent interaction with a front desk staff member on October 3rd at 4 PM was highly disappointing. The staff member's rude and unhelpful response when we asked to try on a jacket was unacceptable. I strongly urge you to prioritize comprehensive customer service training for your staff.

I have always liked this brand and have been buying formal clothes from them from last 02 years from them.However the customer service of this particular store is really bad. A middle aged white lady with glasses works there at cash counter. She is racist and jas really bad attitude. I read other reviews and it seems other people have the same complaint and I am surprised that the management has not taken any action so far.I have been a rw customer for long but the treatment I got today I am never going to buy anything from them ever again. The worst thing is that i see other people have made the same complaint in the past and even then the management hasnt done anything which shows whats managements attitude towards racism as well.

I would like to share terrible experience of my brother and mine at store @ 1820 hrs today. I had a store pickup for which I sent my brother to store. He gave my name to that lady with grey hair, while he was offering the order number and original email for confirmation of the order, she didn’t wanna pay attention to that except just the name. Brought wrong order, asked my brother to show his ID which will definitely not depict same address that was on that wrong order. Very disrespectfully, she started saying addresses are not matching, now how my brother will know that she’s trying to match that with a wrong order because this lady with attitude is not even willing to pay attention to the details when he was showing. She calls thats customer to verify, and to prove my brother wrong. So it kept going, my brother calls me in front of her to ask details for which I also suggested him to show the confirmation email but I had no idea that the??? manager/supervisor he’s dealing with doesn’t know how to do her job. It is common sense and pretty straight that you check identifiers-Name, order number or probably address/email/phone number before verifying anything else (who’s picking up the order). Now my brother still stayed calm and did let her understand the mess she created herself. Then she calls me for verification sounding threatening as if we had committed some crime. Stated that addresses were not matching, silly lady, how can you expect the address will match to some random order that doesn’t belong to me, and warning me that “Queen”? needs to be informed that someone else is picking up the order as if she’s not there to do this. This all could have been done in a very dignified manner, I don’t deny that she has rights to do all the checks before handing over the items, however she has NO rights to mistreat, disrespect customers. I am a regular customer of RW online for my whole family and myself, shop once /twice every month with purchases of $150-200 every time. I’m very disappointed from doing store pickup first time. I read through the store reviews and I really think this employee is bringing the standards of RW&CO down. Well she ended the conversation with me over the phone by saying to follow her so-called store policies next time, innocent lady thinks that with this racist treatment she's going to retain the customer. Good luck and better amend your ways of dealing with someone who is too nice even in such situation! ??

I had the worst experience at your location in bramlea. Would not recommend anyone this location of your store. Probably racism is going on over there. The lady with grey hairs probably might be your store manager does not know about how to deal with the customers. She was very rude to us as we went to the store 2 days in a row. It would really be appreciated if the higher authorities could look into the matter asap. I dont even like giving one star to this location as per the customer service is considered.

Very patient stylists who dedicate a substantial amount of time while helping guests. They were able to size me correctly so I had a tailored fit. And even adjusted the vest I bought to my body type. The store had the best quality vests in the entire mall. Coming back to the Yorkdale location (only) because they have cufflinks in stock otherwise I'd happily come back. Special thanks to the two women assisting me in my funeral wear.

I would say you guys are fraud because I bought something and when I went for Return, I got gift card with $27 And yesterday when I wanted to use that card. Salesperson said that it has only $7. How is that possible.This is really worst. I will never go to your store and never recommend to anyone.
