I went in because this was absolutely one of the most affordable storage options available at the time I signed up. But I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service..
I met with Paula , At the front desk, And she was patient with all my questions And explained everything much appreciated detail! Would recommend them for the prices as well as the service

The worst storage ever customer service is not good at all spoke to Paula she was very rude had no manners at all went to get my stuff from the unit my stuff was full of Rat feces went to the office to speak to her about what was going on in the unit she gave me an attitude telling me there's nothing they can do about that just have my stuff remove by certain time are else they're going to change my code so I didn't have access to the unit afterwards. Went to get cargo van came back the code was changed didn't have access to the unit. Paula told me nothing she is going to do for me and that's it she just going to say I abandoned the unit.So they locked away all my stuff so they're going to get rid of my stuff because I abandoned my unit. I wouldn't advise no one to put there stuff there at all unless they want to lose everything from Rat Feces.

This place is really good for storage. The staff is really good and friendly. Gagan did a great job finding me a good storage space. She answered all my queries very patiently and politely.

I had an excellent experience with this self-storage facility! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions with patience and made everything so easy. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable storage with outstanding customer service!

This is the worst storage place I ever used in my life! I moved in my personal items for storage but mice and rats damaged everything. This is not safe at all my items were worth a lot I have put my claim through just today hoping to get it resolved. My branded clothes, expensive electronics are all damaged by the rats! This has caused me alot of stress missed work and move in plans have changed due to this mess. I am very stressed at the moment and these guys told me to get the clothes dry cleaned which had waste all over of the rats/mice why would I wear anything that would cause me an infection. I have asked them to give me a written guarantee that if anything happens to my health they will bear all the expenses and outcome. How can some one wear /use items that are damaged/infected with rats/mice etc. At no cost any one will take that risk!
Please do not use this storage at all if you do not want to waste time and destroy your items. I am very very disappointed at the service and I will be sharing my experience with everyone to see how they handle my problem.

Friendly and helpful customer service. Units are safe and secure with 24 hour surveillance. The fees are very affordable for the location. I highly recommend Migson Self Storage, my experience has been very smooth.
