This location is often disorganized and out of stock of the best products. What bothers me most is that if I’m dressed nicely and wearing makeup the staff will make an effort to ask if I need any help but if I come in without makeup/not looking amazing, they don’t even acknowledge me. I’ve been rouge for years and it’s disappointing to be in the store for 30+ mins without staff asking if you need anything (especially when they’re not busy).

Worst shopping experience there.. no customer service at all plus one lady was literally so rude when I asked her question. Promised myself never ever going to this store again infact any Sephora again.. spend enormous amount of money to give them business to get humiliated.

I recently visited Sephora to purchase a Kerastase product, but it wasn’t available on the shelf. I approached a staff member to inquire if they might have it in the back. I just said excure me before I could even finish my sentence, staff member rudely interrupted, saying they were helping another customer, and walked away without listening.
Feeling disappointed but still wanting to shop, I decided to pick up my birthday gift and some fragrance. At the cashier, I encountered another unpleasant experience. The cashier curtly informed me that only one item was available as a birthday gift and asked, “Do you want it or not?” When I inquired about samples, I was curtly told, "We don’t have any."
This experience was frustrating and made me reconsider shopping in-store. I realized it’s better to shop online—no need to deal with rude staff, and I know I’ll receive samples with my purchase. Very disappointing customer service from Sephora at this location.

Workers have a terrible combination of egos and entitlement. Not a nice store to shop at. On top of it being messy and gross, workers are lazy and fake. I'd rather spend my money in better malls at least you know the workers have some class and hold themselves better

Thank you so much Smirna for your service and knowledge about products…it was my first time visiting there so I was bit nervous too because I never did makeup before and I was there to buy makeup products 😅…but she is so kind to show me all the products that I wanted and also suggested me some skin care products too which i am loving now…thanks for your help n hope to see you again😇

Had a fantastic experience at Sephora. I was assisted by so many employees I am truly grateful to them because I’m not a make up girlie. I forgot her name but there was one girl in particular she was extremely helpful. I saw her makeup and was in awe especially her lips cause I really like lipsticks and things like that. She told me exactly what she used and showed me where in which sections to find it. She also scanned my face to help me figure out my skin and what products I might interested me based on the results of the scan. Thank you to everyone that helped me .

I called to confirm the hours so I can drive 30kms to this location (as they were the only one with my items in stock). Confirmed 8pm. Reached before 8pm and I got turned away from picking up my order because “they closed the system early”. What type of nonsense would this be confirming its holiday hours. Wasted my time and my gas - I reached before closing and still didn’t get my stuff even though PEOPLE WERE STILL SHOPPING! Absolutely unacceptable.

I visited the store today looking for under eye color corrector. Noor was very knowledgeable and provided two options - NARS and Huda Beauty. I also checked with her on the best blush, loose powder and compact powder for my skin tone. She was very patient, polite, active listener and great customer service. Would highly recommend her!

Kesha's behavior at the checkout counter was unprofessional and discourteous. She may be experiencing fatigue or frustration with her job but it is important to remember that customers should not be subjected to this. I tried asking her something , but she continued to ignore me.

Such bad experience from bramale city center Sephora they are rude, and impatient I only had a return and purchase, but she was confused and asking co worker for help to prove me wrong at the end she was prove with her own manager coz they are tired and can’t work properly

Their is just one rudest employee Kesha or Keisha a black woman ( have to say no choice to reveal her identity) I went to exchange a serum worth $105 , didn’t work on me , explained her but she refused to return it back , said product is almost used which was totally a lie . There was more than 65 percent of product left and also if any product claims something but it doesn’t provide any results ( worth over $100) then what is the point here ? She behaved as she owned this store . Such a poor customer service . As a customer if am spending huge amount it is my right to expect the results too . I hardly used that serum for few days . I am writing email to Sephora about this concern.
