The cashier was so rude to my uber driver and picked items for there own choice - without approval he sealed the bag as after requesting to check the pickup order - he started insulting and talking bad with him.
The service needs to changed or there should be an action on this matter!

Car wash is closed in the night. While most other shell locations have the car wash open. Also bathroom is closed during the night can’t even use bathroom here and giving them so much business.

I would like to report a concerning experience with the night employee named Sunil. His behavior toward customers was unprofessional and disrespectful. When the store became slightly busy, he appeared to lose patience and rushed customers instead of assisting them properly. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputable establishment.
When I politely asked to speak with a manager, he responded by saying he didn’t have time and told me to leave if I wanted to complain, suggesting I should “come back tomorrow.” This attitude shows a clear lack of customer service training and accountability.
If Sunil is unable to handle busy periods or interact respectfully with customers, further training should be provided, or additional staff should be scheduled to support him during peak hours. Experiences like this can affect the store’s reputation and customer trust.
