Great experience at this Shell station! The pumps are upgraded and work well, and the whole place is really clean.
The staff provides excellent customer service—when I had an issue with a duplicate payment through the app, the team was super helpful in getting it sorted out and made sure I got my refund quickly. Highly recommend this station!

Their is one guy who works here in afternoon shift.i think his name is anmol batra,that guy is so sweet,so polite ,i usally don't put review but this guy was soo good and polite that i have to put without thinking.i will recomend everyone to visit here.thank you.

Nice store, I usually fill my gas in the Petro Canada across the road. However walking into this shell gas station for the first time I was very impressed how organized the store was and how many selections of merchandise there was in the store. So much of varieties of everything. I will continuing coming to this shell gas station due to the high level of customer service and wow the store is so organized and clean. I love it! I also used the car wash which was amazing.

I went around 4.45 Pm this gas station with my new car .First gas pump number 12 was not working properly.I requests to cashier , then he reset ,second i purchase car wash for my new car ‘s first car wash , I stuck mid of car wash ,cannot move ,then I call Shell gas station so many time got answered “ This Phone not in Service “ again I came cashier with dirty car .There is Big line up ,Cashier avoided me , after clear lineup he listened to me . I waste hours there @Everybody don’t use this Shell gas station and car wash .Only person operating all service's . Very bad experience on this Shell gas station.

I’ve had to use my fair share of gas station bathrooms as I travel for a living but this place hit the top 10 of my list of The Most Disgusting Bathrooms. I should have just pee’d in an empty coffee cup and tossed it out the window. Would have even more sanitary.

Most disgusting washroom for a shell gas station of this size and fairly new style its sad to say the washroom definitely needs a good service and also maintenance should be a done regularly i came here several times and it's been in the same state as the last time very sad and will not be coming here again

According to the person working the cash registers at 7/3/2024 around 7:00AM, my car is considered clean and dry. They were absolutely condescending and rude, and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say, until I had Shell's head office on the phone. This Shell gas station has my contact information, and can reach out to me regarding this review. I'm more than happy to talk to them.
I paid for my car wash through the app. Activated it through the app. It's not my first rodeo at a carwash.
The car wash sprayed high pressure along the body and wheels of my car. I stopped when it told me to stop. It hit my car with soap, including the coloured soap. When the arms went to the back to start hitting high pressure water against my car, it only happened for a few seconds. I looked forward and saw the "Drive forward" signs flashing which I thought was strange. I waited for the arms to return to their home position because they were still spraying water. The flashing sign then stopped as the arms moved forward. The rear garage door that closes during the wash opened up, and someone else started driving in. I thought it was weird because I hadn't even finished my wash yet. The jets for their wheels kicked in and that's when I knew they needed me to move so they could start their wash. So I moved, soap on my car still, and went inside.
The employee repeatedly talked down to me and told me that I must have been using the carwash incorrectly, telling me I need to wait for the 60 seconds. I know how car washes work. I know how to read signs. He was telling me that there should have been motors to blow off the car, but those motors were not running when I was told to drive forward. The timer was not on. How can I drive forward while my car is being washed and have the motors dry off my car too? He went outside to check my car to see if it was wet, which it was, there was soap on the floor everywhere leaking into one of the drains I parked above. He gave me another car wash to see what would happen.
The second time, the same issue happened. I went back inside, and he again spoke down to me in a condescending attitude, telling me I didn't know what I was talking about, telling me he was watching the cameras for other cars, but not mine, and how I didn't know how to use the car wash, and that he wasn't able to give me another carwash because that's store policy. So I contacted someone from Shell's head office.
The person I spoke to on the phone spoke to the person at the Shell gas station. Their conversation made it sound like I was lying and I had no idea how to use a gas station's car wash when I've had several other purchases of carwashes from the same app, using the same gas station car wash on multiple occasions in the past. I had to explain to the person on the phone that their cashier at the location did not give them the full story, and decided that they needed to lie to get me out of there. I had to explain everything the cashier did not, and was given another car wash.
I took my car through the car wash AGAIN, and the same results happened. Another car showed up behind me mid wash, and I had to drive out. The photos that I've shared are the last time I came out of the wash, and the last time I'm going to be using this Shell's gas station wash.
Fix your staff, and fix your car wash. It isn't that difficult. I was not moving around in the wash at all, and there should not have been any reason that other vehicles were able to complete their cycle and I was not. There are cameras inside the carwash. You're more than welcome to review your camera footage, and you have my contact information that your employee took down on a piece of paper.

Both attendants at Front desk were friendly and helped with the Air-miles offer redemption.Gas pumps have been upgraded recently with the informative screen monitors about ongoing promotions.
