Avoid the car wash at this Shell location.
I stopped here for gas and decided to get a car wash as well. The wash cost $19.99, which already felt overpriced, but I assumed it might be worth it. After fueling up, I took my receipt and got in the car wash line at 9:34 AM.
Each car took about 8–12 minutes, and I didn’t enter the wash until 11:03 AM. That’s nearly an hour and a half of waiting, which is completely unreasonable. Most car washes take 5–7 minutes per vehicle at most.
To make matters worse, after the wash was finished, my car was still covered in salt and dirt, even though it wasn’t very dirty to begin with. The wash did a poor job and was absolutely not worth the time or money.
This was a complete waste, and I will not be returning for a car wash here. Do not get a car wash at this location unless you want to spend 1–2 hours for results worse than a drive through a puddle.

I am a professional driver and I require only the highest quality fuel for my vehicle.
What do I get at Petro across the street? Some points to get a car wash and maybe a card that will save me about $10. Oh, and ETHANOL IN MY FUEL.
I come here and get my 91 with no ethanol. That's the way it should be. Jesus didn't kill all the dinosaurs so their remains could be turned into subpar fuel. Shell understands that and respects that.

Edit: They now put ethanol in their fuel. I can't handle this betrayal

Poor customer service. 1:46 pm middle of the day for business and this location doesn’t have change for $50. Making all kinds of excuses. Would not recommend this location to anyone

I've been a loyal customer of this gas station since 2016, but my latest experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk attendant was unprofessional, rude, and seemed to lack basic communication skills. Unfortunately, this encounter has led me to decide that I will no longer be visiting this gas station.
