I recently booked online to have my kids and myself get Hepatitis A and B vaccines at this pharmacy location only to show up and be told that the guy who does them left early because he "had something to do". They seemed totally confused that I had even booked an appointment online which leads me to believe that they dont even have access to the online booking system through shoppers drugmart. So after telling me to come back in the morning to which I replied that my kids have school and I work which is why I had to book for when I did, I ask if my perscriptions for the shots are at least ready to which she says yes, they are already ready for when I come back. That's when I ask if I can book for next week at this time as its the only time my kids and I can come and I dont want the same thing happening where I show up and am told that "the guy who does them went home early". She tells me to call the morning of the appointment to make sure! Like, really!? Whats the point of this booking system!? And on top of that, I tell her I will just pay for the perscriptions and take them somewhere else to have them injected. She goes off to get them and comes back after a few minutes of looking around to say that one of them is not ready and has to be ordered in! I had put them in 2 days prior and she had said they were all ready! So if I had come back the next moring they wouldnt have been there either!!! Incredibly frustrated right now with this service and this pharmacy.

Such a bad beauty adviser working on November 10 2023 , evening shift around 6pm ..Girl, learn to give response nicely if some one asks you nicely .. donot throw attitude.. remember why shoppers hired you .. to give good customer service .. i wish i could know your name .. tall healthy built girl .. i wish i never come across you in future .. but for other customers ..learn talking nicely to them .. i hope shoppers management will get your name with date and time i said

I was in the store and was in the cosmetic area for about half an hour and could clearly the employee named Sandra and her Spanish coworker in the cosmetics section gossiping about their using swear words openlycoworker and the Spanish called the coworker who closed the other evening a b@tch and they both laughed!Why do you need two cosmetics women chatting away and ifnoring customers amd being so unprofessional when there are hardly any customers?I was there for wuite some time and Sandra did not even turn to greet or say hello not one acknowledgement from her ever. She is curt and has no tact with her tonality also when dealing with customer's either as I overheard. These two women need to understand it's innappropriate and unprofessional. At least when Gabby is there she greets people and says hello. Why are people at a slow SDM not greeting and asking if customers need assistance anymore? Do you not want sales?I won't come back here, they have blown it too many times and hearing grown women be bullies and mean is disgusting. Sandra seems irritated all the time, just has an agry vube about her. Very unpleasant.Give people who enjoy their wirk ajd want to be cordial a job for a change.

I now understand why this Shoppers has such poor reviews. I went on my lunch to buy an overpriced card to put in a parcel I was sending at the same time. I came with my label made and I purchased the card at self checkout, as there was no one at the cash. I also loathe a self checkout. For how expensive everything is anymore, I should be waited on or have to option to be waited on. I proceeded to the post office and asked if they would close the box, at which point I was told they don’t close the box with no other explanation, and it was the post office manager with whom I was dealing. I brought a tape gun with me because I just now assume that people cannot be counted on to complete simple tasks that should be part of their job and the cost of doing business. I then proceeded to the pharmacy to ask to speak to the store manager to ask why the post office cannot tape a parcel shut. No one really acknowledged me nor did anyone give any indication that a store manager was called, so I then walked away in a huff. Only then was I stopped and told the manager was coming. The manager had customer service and she was kind but I won’t shop here again. Not to mention, I have a coupon for 20% off today only and the 2 items I wanted to purchase, were not there. Shelves are pretty bare, I’m not sure what is available to buy at this location as there were lots of empty shelves. If you like being ignored and inconvenienced, shop here. Otherwise, I’d go elsewhere. I know I will in the future.

Extremely poor service at the pharmacy. Pharmacist was Susan Chong. We asked the lady at cash to speak to the pharmacist for guidance regarding a injury on my son's arm. We waited 15 mins and she sent the other lady with medication without even seeing the injury. When we asked to speak to the pharmacist again she told us she is too busy. She didn't even have the decency to come speak to us or tell us she is busy in person. After we mention this is strange behaviour for a professional, she said she was busy from the back. She still didn't have the decency to come speak to us. I always assumed the pharmacist was there told help but not in this case. Very sad and poor attitude from the pharmacist and our experience was very disappointing. The pharmacist definitely needs customer service training.

Bad staff compared to what they used to have. Employee trying to help the self check outs knows nothing and directing everyone to the manager working in the Post Office. 22 mins for 2 bags of chips and only 3 customers in the line..

I have been repeatedly hung up on after being put on hold for hours on end. All I'm trying to do is refill a prescription that the online platform doesn't allow (it prompts me to contact the hospital). Completely unacceptable.

Waited for half an hour for my prescription and when it comes for my turn, they forget it completely and told me to wait for another 20 min, very poor customer service, never going back again ?

WORST PHARMACY EVERI wish I could give them zero stars. I am not going to go onto a long winded review, just save your time and don’t go there. The pharmacist is a liar and since speaking up about his mistreatment he has been treating my family poorly. So unprofessional, they never answer their phones- I was once on hold for 40 minutes and walked there while on hold and just talked to them in person. They try to charge us while we have benefits because they don’t take the time to look. I’ve never met a worst pharmacist in my life! He should not be allowed to run it!

Have been going to this pharmacy for years - James and his team provide excellent service! I was very surprised to see the negative staff reviews - my experience definitely does not reflect this - prescription services and recommendations awesome - product selection always meets my needs - highly recommend!

This pharmacy is abosultely usleess, hangs up on me, doesn't count prescriptions properly at all 2 years in a row! They don't deserve your money, stay far away. Completely incompetent, and unorganized, and useless. I don't have my prescriptions, they tell me to call the store, and the pharmacy grills me knowing what prescriptions are in need of renewal, and then hangs up. Health Care in Ontario, going down hill, save your time and money! To be honest, only reason I have been going there, is because it is nearby. Stay far away!

Terrible customer service.Was on hold for 30 minutes only to have the attendant tell me that “my prescription is expensive.”My prescription is covered by my insurance, there is no reason for her to comment on the price of it.Then when the conversation is finally over, I pleasantly told her ”goodbye, have a nice day” and I was shocked when she slammed the phone down and hung up on me.Shoppers drug mart used to be a reputable company with a shred of dignity. Not anymore.

Al the pharmacy staff needs to be fired and new capable guys need to be hired.I had prescription for painkillers and the first lady asked me to wait after she created my profile. No one was helping me for next 30 minutes while i waited in their waiting area. Team has zero coordination. Incapable heartless people. All pretend to be busy but noone does anything productive.Minus rating to this stupid pharmacy.

This place has the worst shopping experience. The pharmacy messes up medications regularly . They gave me medications and did not close them in the system so I went back to pick up one item that was back ordered and was left waiting 30 min as they look for stuff I already picked up.I Just showed up and could not even submit my prescription for insulin for 3 hours Because some clown ? is overwhelmed with prescriptions. If you wish to get the wrong count of pills or incorrect medication possibly wait for back orders please continue to use this pharmacy .I used them as they are local but clearly for my safety and to be treated with an ounce of respect I will travel to the new location !! I have chosen to pull all prescription from this location. The owner of this location will not invest in stock or software to communicate with drs for refills.UPDATE/ additionalTo see and understand the missed counts and issues all steam from miss management. After being told I could not even submit a prescription for 3 hours I went to another pharmacy I had proper counts no back orders I was on my way in less then 10 min. Not 3 hours to drop off a prescription then to find out they need to order the products, this is unsafe for many conditions. I will not return unless absolutely necessary!!! The new pharmacy is calling to collect all my past prescriptions to relive them of the excessive clients !!

We've never been to this Shoppers before but having had a bad experience at a Bramalea City Centre, we decided to booked our flu shot appointment here. They were on time and friendly. The pharmacist was great with the kids.
