The worst pharmacy i've ever dealt with. Always so slow and never answer their phone, terrible customer service.They will always come back in an hour when you go back in an hour and half they'll say come back in 20 mins, while i see them standing around. They need to make a management change or something.

I went to pick up my prescription from the pharmacist, it was a brown lady with glasses was very rude and impolite saying there’s a policy for my medication but my doctor already authorized certain things I can do or take while taking my medication, the doctors had already closed and proceeded to tell me I have to come back in 2 hours, she wasn’t even listening to me and suggested I go to another pharmacy or wait 2 hours , i waited almost up to 40 minutes, for me not to even receive my medication. Horrible horrible staff.

Worst customer service with rude behaviour. A girl name Amanpreet saw my health got my fax on time still asked me to wait 45 mins and promised to send me a text message when it will be ready to pickup i did not get any message waited for an hour went inside the prescription was not ready she made it ready in front of me…. Like seriously? You guys want someone to just die because you wanted to gossip with eachother and making them wait for no reason this is so pathetic and unprofessional

The pharmacy is terrible with phone calls, even when they are not visibly busy. I’m currently on hold for my prescription, I’ve been trying to get through to them for a week.I’m constantly on hold for long periods of time.I’ve just had someone answer, we said hi, I mentioned my inquiry for my prescription and they said “hold on, hold on” then put me back on hold… it’s been 10 minutes now????This is not professional.If this is how phone calls will be for the pharmacy, remove the phone, what’s the point???? Or have someone dedicated to answering the phone and other small tasks????Such a simple solution can be implemented, but no.I’m very disappointed.Lol I had to come back to edit this review, I’ve just had the call ended on me while on hold. Keep up the great work!

This is by far the worse pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life. I switched over the pharmasave and will NEVER go back here.Issues noted:-they take over 10 minutes to locate your medication when you go to pickup-always a lineup that takes over 20 minutes when you are there-no one picks up the phone. In fact, when I call and I am put on hold, I call from another phone as well and someone picks up so phone calls are not received in chronological order-Poor customer service- rude employees working there-never have medications available. If they do not have it, they tell me that they do not know when it will arrive, and ask me to "call around" to find someone who has it-my physician faxes a script, they don't receive it or lose it or is unsure where the script went-when I request a refill online and call back two days later, it still hasn't been filled-misread my script and did not ask me for clarification (happened a few times)poor understanding or concept of customer service, no regard or respect for customers, understaffed, ignorant, and rude. This place is a joke; take your money elsewhere.

I recently had the misfortune of interacting with a pharmacist at this location who left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The entire encounter was marred by their passive-aggressive attitude, making it an unpleasant visit. Instead of providing helpful information or guidance, the pharmacist seemed more interested in belittling my questions and concerns. It's disheartening when a healthcare professional fails to exhibit empathy and patience. A pharmacist's role is to ensure patients feel comfortable and informed, but this individual clearly missed the memo. My experience with this pharmacist was nothing short of disappointing and because of their medication error, I was left paying an extra $260 out of pocket with no resolution. Their unhelpful attitude and sarcastic tone made the entire visit uncomfortable and left a lasting negative impression. I hope that the pharmacy takes steps to address such behaviour and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. Avoid this location at all costs.

Went to get my b12 injection and couldn’t believe how disgusting and rude the staff there were. The pharmacist changed his story multiple times about why he couldn’t administer the injection first it was only my doctor could do it then i told him that’s a lie because I had it done there and other shoppers and then he said yes you need to make an appointment and I told him that is also a lie because I always walk in and he goes yes you need to come in the morning when there is 2 pharmacists I’m too busy. The entire time all I’m thinking of is how he could’ve just given me the injection during all of his lies and be done with me and I could be feeling better. I thought medical personnel have a duty to help others feel better but I guess this pharmacist just wants to make money and not actually work. I will actually never go back to this pharmacy ever again.

I called the pharmacy. Always waiting for 45 minutes to 1 hour and more before I get to speak to anyone. I had called their attention about my puffer refill, until now no one gets back to me. It is almost a month now. I am calling them to request my medications refill unfortunately I have been on hold for nearly an hour now. I have been calling but I have never been connected. It's a recorded answering machine repeated over and over. It would be nice if there's a return call option.The reason I give 3 stars is my blister packs medication is all good and delivered as expected.

Amazing service!!!The pharmacist was so amicable. He not only took his time to do an assessment on my condition near closing time but also prescribed me the medication for what I need to see a doctor and need to take day off from my work place. I will move my prescription file here. You are the best!!!

The pharmacy won't disappoint if you are looking for abysmally bad service. Though there are 4-5 pharmacists, you have to wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to attend even if you are the only one in the queue. Pick up time ranges anywhere between 45 mins to 1.5hrs. For each customer in queue, the attendants take somewhere between 5-10 mins. I made the mistake of going there twice or thrice. Always the same service level. Switched to a nearby local pharmacy (not branded). Service is way better with total wait time around 10-15 minutes.

I was surprised by the service provided at this shoppers. I am having bladder infection and need the medication asap. The Asian guy who was working alone around 1030pm filled my prescription in few minutes despite being a large queue at the pick up section. I feel pity on him as he was the only one moving every where, picking up the calls considering it's a day after long weekend where all businesses are quite busy. Hope, they provide some help to pharmacist so that they can actually focus on their job.

Worst pharmacy. The brown skinny lady with the head scarf at the pharmacy drop off is so rude and cold. She has no customer service skills and cannot greet customers with a simple hrllo or make them feel comfortable enough to share their problem. They made me wait over 45 minutes for my son”s Medicine (said it would be ready in 45 mins) but it was more like an hour. They didn’t provide updates until I kept Checking in with them. After waiting for so long they told me they couldn’t give me ghe medicine as they weren’t sure if it’s safe for the child and said we would have to confirm with the doctor. Why couldn’t the skinny lady tell me this at the beginning when she asked for the patient”s birthday. I’m happy that they are checking to see if it’s safe for my son but really bad customer service and attitude skills. The pharmacy seemed ok but I didn’t really talk to her much except when she told me she couldn’t give me the meds

My favourite Shoppers Drug Mart! I love this place, I always feel so at home here! The customer service is impeccable & the pharmacy is one of the best in the gta!! I will never get my meds from anywhere else. The store is always so clean & I feel so safe here. Love this shoppers!

I came 3 times this week to shoppers drug, it was a very terrifying service i receive by kiran . I am flying back home so buying lots of cosmetic products as a gift. I ask her about cosm products for my skin tone honestly she didnt really give me a good response and recommendation. Did not really feel welcome as she feels like i might not buy anything. Because of bad experience i went to sephora and bought all my products from there . Today i visit shoppers again just to buy last minute cosm product ekta give me such a nice service, recommendation for mom gifts, good consultancy, she have a very good knowledge about products feel so welcome .. im only coming back here because of ekta …. Super awesome service by ekta.

This has got to be the absolute worst shoppers! This pharmacy is poorly managed! I was calling to have a prescription filled and was on hold for over an hour! I drove to the store(still.on hold, could hear the intercom saying pharmacy line 101, and there were six people behind the counter paying no attention)! I asked them what is the issue that they can not answer the phone to which she told me she was busy!!!! Since when do customers not come first?I waited over an hour on hold and then another hour for my prescription.I emailed the owner of that same pharmacy and explained my experience at this location which has been over a month and still no reply.Figures if the owner doesnt care about their customers why should the staff?I will not be going back!
