The pharmacy at this location has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The pharmacists are so unprofessional and rude that I'm almost in awe.

Very unprofessional staff. The voicemail says we accept walk-in for flu shot so today 03Dec2023 at 8:30 pm we went there with parents and guess what, we were told they can’t give us flu shot because they are very busy.Just imagine if everyone at all different workplaces starts refusing service because employees are busy.Stop advertising about services you can’t provide.This is my family’s default pharmacy for all prescription. It will not be anymore.

Really horrible experience with the staff lady Harpreet. I just went there today 11 October 2023 around 10 pm with my friend to buy some stuff. We were just browsing in the fragrance section before checking out for our stuff.She called the cops accusing us of stealing, then we showed our bags to the police. Of course they didn’t find anything because we didn’t steal anything.At the counter she made nasty comments in Punjabi saying if you guys got money to pay and that we’re acting innocent.Instead of apologizing for wrongful accusations she was hateful towards us. She said she has seven years of experience working in there but didn’t learn a single thing in all this time.I believe rest of the negative customer experiences are with her only. Shoppers Drug mart manger should look into this and teach her customer service from the scratch.Never recommending this place to anyone.

I recently visited Shoppers Drug Mart in search of baby formula, and i wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my visit. I had a pleasure of being by Supervisor,Harpreet Kaur. She was not only incredibly helpful but also exceptionally polite and attentive throughout my shopping experience. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received at the store. Thanks to this wonderful experience, I’ll definitely be returning to Shoppers Drug Mart for my future shopping needs.

I must say. Usually I go to the drug mart right by my house but I decided to stop at this one today because I always come to trinity common to shop all the time. The sales associate with purple hair is a racist and made it her business to rummage through my bag at self checkout while there were many other customers checking out. Then she stood there and looked like a fool when she realized I didn’t take anything. Instead of complaining to management I told her myself that she was wrong and I needed to tell her to her face she’s a racist. The girl with the purple hair proceeds to raise her voice cause she didn’t like me calling her out for being racist. This wouldn’t deter me from coming back to the store, but this level is disrespect was unwarranted when she decided to step in my personal space and attempted to follow me. Good thing I was on the phone with my mom as witness. This has to be the worst drug mart to ever come to, and it’s sad because they have lots of sales at this location compared to the one by my place. I should have taken a video so I could have posted her face here weird purple headed girl.

Booked COVID shots online but failed to properly communicate that they didn't offer them to our age group yet. The pharmacist called me just as we were leaving that they didn't have infant shots available yet, so I asked if my wife and I can get our shots, and she confirmed yes we can still come in for our shots since we're also booked the same time for adults vaccine. We showed up and the lady at the pharmacists counter condescendingly said I should have checked my phone and that they don't offer it yet to adults below 65. They called literally as I was driving to the location. How did they even allow the online booking of the appointments in the first place? Also why was this not communicated when I asked if my wife and I can still come in for our shots? The lack of professionalism clearly reflects poor management at this location.

I will never shop at this location again. I have worked at shoppers drug mart before and anywhere you work customer service is always number one priority. I have an injured ankle and so I called before I left to get formula for my son. A friend of mine also needed formula for her daughter. When I made that call, I was told by an employee that there is 6 and more in the back. I was so happy so I drove down but I left the store so upset. The supervisor her name is HARPREET, she says to the employee no I can’t give 4 and tells me that too. I said I was told and so I drive 20 mins with an injured ankle to get the formula. She said 2 is the limit per family. I said yes me and my friend, 2 people, not related. She still goes on and says she can’t give 4 as there will be hungry babies and needs to make it last until tomorrow night, I said the limit is 2 per family. She said ya and you said you are 2 people. I said yes that doesn’t mean we are one family, we are 2 separate families. Back and fourth like she didn’t understand English. I had told her I will leave her a bad review it’s fine we will take 2. She only then agreed to 4 but even after walking away a few minutes and coming to the cash she says you will have to speak to the manager. I said and that’s fine I will. She ended up giving 2 to me and 2 to my friend. Point is you should never let a customer leave upset, the employee had already confirmed the limit to me and so I drove 20 mins to be told I can’t have 4 when we are two separate people/families making separate transactions. It should have been between her and the employee afterwards, not her upsetting a customer over 2 extra boxes of formula. She had rudely apologized at the beginning on behalf of the employee for telling me that, I said he told me that and should have confirmed so that’s not my problem, that is why I drove all this way. She didn’t care, she was so rude like I don’t even know how she became a supervisor but once again I will not shop at this location again.

The pharmacist Ameer is the worst pharmacist I have ever seen.so rude and not helpful at all he even didn’t let me finish my concern and said he can’t help and start giving me attitude!Also many reviews are saying the same about him so apparently no one in the management or who ever is in charge is doing anything about it.You should understand how much people get scared about some situation and the pharmacist should be respectful and understanding of people concerns and try their best to help the customer I guess.

I love the fact that it’s open 24 hours. For any emergency purpose it’s available . Pharmacy is there to answer your questions and are very friendly. All your needs or at least most, are there and available ! It’s clean and very organized compared to other shopper drugmarts

Our destination was Shoppers Drug Mart, where our main purpose was to carry out a MoneyGram transaction at the Canada Post counter. The staff members at the post office were notably amiable. Despite their efforts to process the request on multiple occasions, the system consistently returned an error message, resulting in the inability to complete the money transfer. While this situation proved inconvenient, it was evident that the staff had no control over the technical issue. In light of this setback, an alternative solution was proposed—completing the money transfer through Western Union.

I am regular customer of this location. There was lady yesterday on cash counter (I don’t know the name) I politely asked her do you guys have passport photo service available she replied me rudely and boldly. She could have some manners for customers like how to deal with them. Otherwise everyone is good I am not sure if she was new there.

The front cashier working today for August 24th at 3pm does not know the refund policy. Nor does she know the difference between cheap cosmetics vs luxury. When you are returning a cosmetic product, that’s not from the luxury aisle it is to be returned at the front cash where they sell lotto. Only luxury items are returned at the luxurious, cosmetic section. Please train your cashiers better, I blame management I don’t even blame her you guys need to train young workers to know everything about your store and policies.great day. Good bye.

Terrible experience. I came in to purchase some items and I was approached by Some staff lady she kept giving me attitude for just browsing. Some other staff had to step in to get her away from me. Train your staff to not harass customers or at least tell them to leave their bad attitude at home, this is a job not your personal therapy to vent to. Bad experience. Seems like there are quite a few comments about her attitude if this is the same lady. You should do something about a staff member that is causing so many bad experiences for your paying customers. Or you can let it slide and wait until all your reviews are one star.

Diego and the girl rep are disrespectful and giving shoppers a bad name. Won’t return something that is within their policy, rude individuals. 7 pm on July 13 2023 I was there. Got upset and threw the item in the garage in front of them. PATHETIC!!

I was just speaking to the Pharmacist Anna because I needed to get a number of issues resolved regarding my medication. She was impatient, accusatory, and rude. She lied about putting me on hold while I was still talking, about the medication being 'overdosed', and other things. She tried to backtrack when I confronted her about her lies. When I told her I think I needed to switch my pharmacy, she said "ok fine go". Although there are nice people at this pharmacy, they have made too many mistakes with my medications and i have had too many rude interactions with workers like Anna.S
