Everything was great, except the blaring music! Two of us requested the store Manager to lower down the volume but she goes, 'it's not your house!' Unbelievable! When I asked her her name, she refused! Well well, guess the store girls can help her with some ethics!

I went into the store today and prices were posted for items I picked up two of the items that said it was 20 dollars and 20 % off. When they rang it at cash it was showing 30. When I told the girls working there, they dismissed me and said they are just changing the signs. This is extremely unprofessional and it is false advertising! You are suppose to sell the price that is listed. They need to hire people who are aware of sales and what it means once a sale sign is up. I will be writing to head office and wanted to put this review so no one else is charged differently because you are fooling your customers! I also like to mention the two girls working on staff were not helpful, did not greet the customers and were very standoffish.

I used to shop here often as I live close by.During the pandemic, shopping has been really uncomfortable for me. I have a medical exemption which prevents me from wearing a mask.I’ve shopped at this location before without being personally discriminated against.. but that changed today.Not even two minutes into my visit, a woman, who I’ve never seen working here before, told me I couldn’t shop without a mask. And asked my vaccination status… which is illegal by the way.I asked if it mattered and she very rudely said: actually, yes it does.So I left… I was too upset to deal with the situation properly.I called another location close by and explained what happened. I asked if it was in their company policy to ask customers their medical history and if it was appropriate to discriminate and embarrass people. The woman on the phone said; no, of course not. She explained that the company recommends you shop online if you have medical exemption but in no way are employees permitted to ask someone their personal medical history or even turn them down for not wearing a mask. She was very kind and told me I could shop at her location. She apologized and told me what the woman at this location did was wrong.Is this what we’ve come to?I can’t even buy pants without being prosecuted and having someone put their personal politics onto me without them knowing my situation at all.It is awful to have people assume the worst just because you’re not wearing a thin sheet of fabric over your face. It’s called discrimination.. and people need to learn that mandates aren’t LAWS!Wake up. Learn to be kind. I will not be coming here again so long as that woman is working. I didn’t bother to ask her name.. I wish I had. Shame shame shame.
