I recently had an unfortunate encounter with one of the representatives(Vardan). I was shocked by his rude and dismissive attitude towards customers. It felt like they didn't value our business and treated us as if we were just wasting their time. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a better customer experience in the future."

Very bad experience with the representative (Vardan). He is the rudest person I ever met in my experience. He treats customer like they just came by for window shopping and will waste his time and not buy anything at the end.

I ordered 500 business cards. Because I ordered online double sided business during black Friday and cyber Monday holidays I experienced a 3 day delay. I am happy with the final production of my 500 business cards and will repeat business in the future. Double sided business cards are not created on-site.

Nicholas from the Great Lakes location was super helpful in assisting with my decision to get the HP 6001 printer. He's knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Would definitely go back.

It's still 8:52 pm and they closed the doors 10mins early (Officially closes at 9pm) giving an excuse that printing & photocopy jobs closes 15min early. Extremely foolish reason, the boy on the door was just not flexible.I had to take quick 2 prints and would have taken hardly 2mins.Poor Customer service

Went their for a quick printing job for 2mins. They closed the gate 10mins early and did not allow me to go in. Employee advised me to go to Walmart instead.Customer Service at its best

Very disappointed, I just picked up an online order of a dinosaur puzzle for my grandson ($30) and there was a huge shipping sticker stuck right on the front of the puzzle!!!Not an easy task to remove, in fact I wasn't able to remove the entire sticker!Could you please give this some thought Staples and perhaps come up with a better solution .!?

I wish I could give them 0 or even negative stars. The names were Ruby and Renit. Ruby was a little better than Renit.We waited for 30 minutes for them to just scan our labels after we were done packing. We were the first customers but they kept serving others who came after us. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked Excuse me, she kept telling me wait a minute, just a moments and then proceeded to help those who came and asked for help after me or even did the packaging after me, but the moment where she was supposed to help me never came. I am so frustrated, I wasted like an hour, where it could have been a minute of service. I am not sure if they were being racist towards me or what because they were pretty helpful to people of other ethnicities I guess. They also processed to have a long chat with coworkers while there was a huge line. I am not saying don’t have fun at workplace but at-least be a little professional and help those waiting in line for hours and then proceed to chat.I am never coming back here again and you shouldn’t waste your time either. Do yourself a favour and drive to another location.

Staples has high quality products. I always purchase Daily Planner for each year from Staples. I personally like the Brownline brand because it comes in hard cover and also has tabs for each month to keep one well organized.

I had an outstanding experience with Staples customer service. The representative I spoke with was not only friendly and attentive but also extremely knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about. They went above and beyond to assist me with my order, and their prompt response time was greatly appreciated. Overall, Staples' customer service has consistently demonstrated excellence, making me a loyal and satisfied customer.

Don’t shop here if you’re looking for quick service or need assistance with an item. I attended here at 12:02 p.m. today and was looking to purchase a filing cabinet (2 box + 1 letter file cabinet for 169.99). After locating the item I wanted, I noticed that the product tag said that it wasn’t available and to scan the QR Code for more info. Unfortunately, scanning the code did not work as it said “404 - Page Not Found”. The same thing happened with a second filing cabinet. I spent a few minutes looking for an employee to help me as I wanted to inquire whether I could purchase any of the store models or whether I could obtain it from a different location. I had to ask someone in the mobile department to find an employee to assist me. When the employee reluctantly came, she was unable to provide any information. She then told me she was going to find another employee to help me. After 8 minutes, I went to go look for her and located her in a different section putting items away. When she noticed me, she told me that someone would be coming over to help me. At this point I started getting inpatient as I had my young child with me and simply wanted to know whether I could purchase the cabinet or not. I didn’t want to spend a half an hour just waiting around the store for someone to say no. The first employee saw a second employee and then asked her to help me instead. The second employee had a Tim Hortons coffee in her hand and seemed annoyed that she was being asked to do something. She kept walking to the Print section at the front of the store, and offered no response as to how long it would be before she could assist me. She ignored my existence and kept doing what she was doing. I left the store around 12:25 p.m. after having absolutely no assistance at all. I wanted a quick transaction and was hoping to purchase the item when I attended. Please hire more competent employees that are able or willing to assist, or fix your QR codes so that they actually provide information and therefore I won’t need the assistance on an employee. I will never return to this location again.

I was at the in great lake trinity plaza to get some lamated done the service was great the girl took the time to show me different sizes great service which i will always go back there the manager was also helpful.Thank staple.

"I had an unsatisfactory experience at Staples today while dealing with Sanjeev, the manager. Regrettably, my encounter with him was marked by poor communication and a lack of willingness to assist. Instead of finding a solution, he became confrontational and directed me to another store without addressing my concern. Furthermore, he engaged in an unprofessional and uncomfortable phone conversation with another store manager. It's important for any manager to maintain professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope that Staples can address this issue to ensure a more positive shopping experience in the future."

Eshanti the manager is really snobby and customer service at the store lacks big time. Most of the printers/scanners weren't working and nor were the employees assisting with anything. I finally scanned the documents I needed and sent them to my email. However I never received them. When I showed it to the employee there, she told me to pay again to use and said that my email id would have been wrong. I showed her the receipt that I got so I knew email isnt the issue. I tried again and a girl who works there was great help and I got my scanned copies this time.On asking the manager for refund for the first time, she kept talking to me in a condescending manner and was very snarky. I showed her all proofs and very hesitantly she refunded my amount. Maybe she should be more concerned about working in the place than behave stupidly with a client whose time has been wasted. Complete waste of time at this store.
