The staff here is rude. The announcement made to tell everybody that the store is closing at 7 was made in such a manner by the lady that she was telling us to get the hell out of the store as quick as possible. They need to learn customer service first.

This store at Trinity , it was a terrible place to shop. The store manager, a lady, was incredibly rude. When I tried to return an item and asked why I wasn't receiving a full refund, she became extremely upset and displayed a terrible attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor and even raised her tone during the interaction.If you plan to return items for store credit, be aware that there is a significant hidden charge, and you won't receive your full money back. Be cautious about the disrespectful behavior you may encounter from this lady, who claimed to be the store manager. It seems like the store doesn't prioritize customer care at all.I had spent over $250 on Le Chateau dresses at this store, but the experience was so awful that I chose not to engage with her in a disrespectful manner and preferred to keep the items instead of arguing with her in the store.

The girls here are amazing! I've shopped here so many times and they have always been helpful! They have so much patience considering the types of customers that shop here.Many people who are angry in the reviews are the same ones who feel entitled, as if it's their right to receive top notch service. These girls do their best to meet expectations and they have rules to follow, even if sometimes they may not agree with certain policies. They deal with horrible GROWN customers who have the audacity to yell at these YOUNG GIRLS. Mind you, this is a minimum wage job. I applaud these girls for their hard work!

Worst ever experience on this store. Never going back. I bought a dress for someone and there was a size issue. I never got the receipt and i visited store after 4 days and when i talked to the lady at till she said we need receipt and i told her that i never got it. She asked me to come back and talk to manager if they can pull the receipt. There policy is that they can give store credit or exchange clothes within 14 days. I visited there and the manager didn’t even tried to communicate or pull the receipt and they just refused to return or exchange the dress. The clothing stores have some policies and if you can’t follow them please don’t tell those to the customers. Zero customer service. People spend their hard earned money in your store and you can’t even provide a good customer service or at least try to resolve the issue.

Worst experience. Manager don’t know how to talk to customers. I bought dress for party employee gave me dress without removing metallic security tag. I came back to store travelling 15kms. They removed the tag and damaged dress and refused to exchange and return on the top manager was so rude and don’t even know how to talk or deal with customer.

I went to the store to return a product first time i had no receipt so manager asked me to come back with receipt and also offered to exchange item for the same price but second time when i tried finding my receipt and put my effort and time went to store on May 11 around 6:50 pm manager on duty rudely refused to return my product by saying i am the manager and you are not getting any refund. Really bad experience just for 20$ stuff,this is how you treat your customer never going back to the store. Specially you need to train your staff some mannerisms i also work for a big organization but my client never complained against me being rude to them. Even you have to say know be polite instead of being rude.

A BIG FAT THANK YOU TO DOMINIC for the amazing service the other day. This girl rock. I walked out of the store that day feeling so good. She was so patient and helpful. This girl sure knows her job. She helped with a blazer I was probably would have gone back and forth with lol. Annnnnddd the best part was she helped me get an amazing outfit for my upcoming cruise.I am soooo happy. She deserved to be recognized.Also to all the other staff who assisted, thank you girls so much. This is the best location ever.

Very bad customer service, very rude.They don’t know how to work with customers. I put one dress on hold and when I went to go get it they couldn’t find it. They are very rude and disrespectful. The way they treated me when I asked for the dress is unacceptable, she literally walked away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No one greeted me when I walked into the store or even asked me if I needed help. The staff members was rude as ever and also the manger. The manger looked like she was having a bad day. you could have seen it all on her face. just terrible do better.

I applauded this location months ago for having really good service just for it to go back to garbage. Management is a joke, especially the head manager, she really needs some professional guidance , because I don’t know who in their right mind treats and talks to their staff and costumers the way she does. Literally all my favorite girls are gone, its all new staff who have 0 clue what they’re doing. i don’t know what to say honestly, seems like this company is really heading downhill!

Beware consumers!! Don't believe in leaving comments on services, everyone has bad days, but this time it was worth my time and your interest to know. Went to location during holidays to purchase dress for NYs I recall asking staff about returning for refund as it was a gift. Staff kept telling me sure you can after the holidays. I am NOT one for instore credits! Well shame on me for not being more attentive to details. Of course that is now not the case as I return to exchange and there is no size , and yes they will not refund my money either. Need to take an instore credit! Tie up my money instead of getting something I really want somewhere else. When you work hard for your money folks I'm sure you would like to spend it WHERE, and on WHAT you WANT and PREFER. Suzy, you can continue to stick to your policy of no refund, last i checked it was no name little stores and DollarRama that did that...seems you've stooped to that level, no trust in your product. Remember who keeps you in business, your consumers! I would recommend educating your staff to verbally highlight exchange only / credit to consumers. As your receipt wording is misleading...and can be interpreted as .... only within 14 days it can be done. Lastly, train your staff including managers how to deal with customer complaints, as "I'm on my break and I need to go back don't have time for this"... is not customer service ! Telling your customer to calm down! Well if i wasn't upset i wouldn't be complaining...tell me when you last saw a calm disappointed customer! Listen, empathize, acknowledge, and take action ...that is how customer service works! And how it should be applied. Consumers keep you in business.! Training is required.

Rudest employees ever!They don't know their limitsI was trying a jacket and i liked it i put it aside (right next to my boyfriend) while i try another one and the employee took it to put it back i said i need it I'm just trying something else and that girl told me "you can't just leave things hanging" in a very rude way.These girls needs to work on their manners and also needs to learn how to talk to a customerHow can Suzy hire someone with no customer service skills?
