I visited Suzy at Main Street today . The lady who was working on August 18 around 1530 was very rude, zero customer service, she talk very rudley to me and other customer in the store. If she is not happy what she is doing what’s the point of coming to work. If I have option for zero rating I would give zero for her . Very poor customer service. I am a regular customer of this store I know mostly all of them but this lady looks new to me. I asked her name but she refused to tell me bacause I was thinking to write her name. I bought one of the skirt for gift and was asking for gift receipt but she she refused to give it to me . She was showing so much attitude to me and my husband . Manager need to talk to her otherwise this store will loose lots of customers.

worst experience at any suzy store ever. The staff environment looks so tense, the employees seemed really nice but one of the managers, stacy, gave a hostile attitude. I remember coming to apply here about a year ago and she was the same manager i spoke to. She looked me up and down, made a face and clearly dismissed me out. It was so disrespectful I never wanted to come back to this store again. would never recommend to anyone and honestly I feel so sorry for the employees.

I recently visited Suzy to buy a gift for my sister and had a wonderful experience. The manager, Gurpreet, was incredibly helpful and guided me in choosing the perfect clothes. Her suggestions were spot-on, and my sister absolutely loved the gift. Excellent customer service and a great selection of clothing. Highly recommend!

I really admire the efforts put in by the store manager Stacy as I had purchased few items online and had lost the receipt. She helped me through and through, looking for each item and doing her work efficiently,cos it's really tough especially in the discount season, calculating and finishing it off so effortlessly.
Thank you so much.
Looking forward to such courteous staff in all stores.

I went to this store at 5:15 and the employee 913435 helped me exchange the size of a dress for my wife with no worries everything went so smooth and I loved the service she provided, greeted me coming into the store and while leaving the store definitely went above and beyond.

i just went there i have cash they are taking so long to cash me out because their system is hang its at 2:20pm on may14 and they just letting me wait for an hour i ask for her name and she rudely told me that she will not give me her name very rudiculous service though i went at this store located at shoppers world brampton in mall going there on weekly basis but now i decided to never go there at all

This Suzy shier is the most amazing location out of the rest by FAR. They always go above and beyond to help us, customers. It’s really sad to see that many customers throw a fit at these young ladies as they are just doing their best.

What is up with customer service here? If you can't be nice, do not work in the service industry! Attitude at this location is the worst, like they're doing a favor behind the counter? I was there at 3PM on Sunday, whichever young lady was at the cashier behaved like a teenager throwing a temper tantrum. Ruined my day of shopping.

The staff is highly unprofessional and rude. I had prestige card for my sister and was getting just a 2$ discount, they told me to bring my sister physically which was very inconvenient, I went to heartland store they helped me there. I requested Brampton location staff member to do it as customer courtesy and will remember to have physical presence next time, they denied. There is no training provided for customer experience , heartland store will give you good discounts as well.The Brampton staff argued and gave me example of the lady behind me using their sister card have the sister present with her. In place of returning customer from store , please deal with problem resolution upfront.Some store locations can effect the Brand reputation, Suzy is such a good brand I really wanted the clothes due to some urgency and was asked to return and get sister for 2$. please learn from brand like Sephora they come with such unique ideas to wow their customers.
