A gentleman by the name Randy assisted me. He was extremely patient and understanding. I walked out of the bank a very happy customer. He is one of the many reasons I choose TD over any other bank. The level of service is immaculate. I feel heard as a customer and my banking needs were handled with care. A big thank-you to him and all other TD staff at this branch who always greet me with a smile.

This morning I stood in line for 40 minutes. When I reached the teller/CSR there were seventeen people in line behind me. There were two and occasionally three people serving at the counter. Banks are reporting record profits so why can't they hire a few more people. The same extraordinary wait times occur when I phone in. A recorded message tells me that my call is important to them but they are lying. If our calls were important the banks would put more staff on. Just another corporate lie. Record profits are important to them, not their customers. How did most of the banks deal with the customers complaining about the wait times? They removed the wall clocks - so we know that they know and that they don't care

Apply for a mortgage with TD was an easy process. having mobile agents and all done online was very easy to navigate. I worked with Salil who answered all my questions, explaining the process, why certain information was requested, and worked to find a balanced solution. He is very easy to communicate with and appreciate the customer service. Thank you!

This branch is absolutely ridiculous and people don’t know how to do their jobs.I have brought my work cheque here for a month on a Tuesday which is dated for Wednesday and they have always taken it and never said anything about it.I just waited 25 minutes to see someone and they said sorry can’t do it because of date.I told the gentleman to check my account and he would see it’s never been a problem but he wouldn’t even check or speak with someone and just threw my cheque back.I said I’m always here so it’s people here but he didn’t care.If the first person told me from the beginning about the date I would’ve understood and waited.LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB !!!!!

This branch is a joke. I've been coming to this branch for 8 years and it's never easy to deposit cheques. As a business owner, a double mortgage holder, and a lifelong TD customer - I always get a good laugh at the complete lack of trust the employees here have in me. I go down Queen Street to the branch downtown, no problems. I go to CIBC, no problems. I come here, I occasionally get berated. Fun fun. By the way, $10 charge to get the cheque certified so I can deposit it fully - no thanks. Also, they now charge for depositing cash... enough said.Actually I have another issue, what happened to the work hours and the ATM accessibility? Covid is over so let's get back to work.. If security is an issue for the atms, I'm sure the added fees you charge can afford a security guard. The TD bank down the street has one so it's definitely possible.

A few weeks ago I showed up about 10 PM in -30 weather only to find the area with the atm closed. I called on the app the following day to ask what the word convenience meant to that branch. I was told all atms are available outside of banking hours.Today I had to be inconvenient to myself just to use the atm. I decided to enter the bank and ask why they close atm with the bank. I was informed that they have issues with homeless people using the space at night. I am still trying to understand why I cannot get convenient use of my bank's atm. Mind boggling.

went in yesterday to open a chequing/saving account.Met with DWLBMT.THIS KID HAS THE BEST ATTITUDE IN THE WORLD.Full of possitive energy, knows his job and always engaging me along the way making sure i understood everything.It was a great experience for me
