Absolutely horrible experience getting a personal loan here. The communication with the loan person was disappointing. I had to call and leave emails to ask for a follow-up over weeks. She was either sick or on vacation. The interest rate initially quoted was higher than what was then offered but she didn't tell me. I had to figure out the questions to ask and even then she didn't explain things adequately. I was approved for an amount and then I reduced what was needed. After REDUCING the amount they then denied it saying they couldn't verify my identity. Apparently I have two different names,two different sin numbers and two different birthdays...maybe that person isn't me? They couldnt tell me why they thought I was someone else.What markers clashed? Instead they wanted me to pay equifax to prove I am who I am even after sending a picture of my sin card. How could I be approved for the higher amount but not the lowered amount ( by 75% less) The blame was placed on the incompetent underwriters they used. Hard credit check for nothing.Lowered my score for nothing and this experience made me want to change banks. Absolutely abysmal experience. Waste of time.

I had a very bad experience with Vishal Mehta. I went for my FHSA account but he was forcing to invest in mutual funds because he is a broker. We were telling him that we are not interested right now. We need some time but he was not listening. At last when we said we don’t want to invest in mutual funds please open my FHSA account, he said I don’t have time I have my another appointment with someone . His main focus was on forcing us for mutual funds. At last FAZAL NASIR help us. He was very quick in his work and he cooperated with us. He opened my account within 10/15 minutes. Thanks FAZAL for your help

Totally Garbage Cx service i have ever got from @VISHAL PARMAR i went in this TD Branch at 6:30 PM on Thursday to get help with applying new credit card for my wife He declined that we cannot help at this time i can book an appointmentWhy appointment man ?there were another 2 associates using phones useless employeesis this trust they are building with customers shame on you higher authorities that you are hiring such kind of idiot employees..Looking forward to cancel services with TD

Worst branch ever. Went there to help me unlock my account but they were saying my account was fraud and asked me to call fraud alert hotline which I did. And the person on the call asked if she can talk to the branch manager or whoever is assisting me there but they refused to talk to her as they said they haven’t verified me yet even if they already checked my passport and drivers license. The branch manager that time was Indian and she was so rude raising her voice not talking nicely. So the teller told me that she will just book an appointment and asked for my availability. And ended up booking me with esna Abdul for 5pm on a different day. The day before my appointment esna changed my appointment to 1:30 without even asking if I’m available on that time. I left voicemails for 3 times asking if my 5pm appointment is confirmed or not and I haven’t gotten any call back. Very unprofessional. I ended up going to different branch which they unlocked my account on the same day without me booking an appointment. I just lined up and the teller helped me easily. Shame on these people who assisted me at clementine branch. Both Indian ladies. One young and one around 40s.

The worst TD branch I am a customer of TD since 2010 with Good Standing but today once I went to the branch they deal as I am no body. I gave a draft from TD to someone as loan and after 10 days the guy returned same amount from same acount as draft the customer manager Mandeep put it on hold for 5 days and told me there is no difference in Cheque and Certified Draft .I was not allowed to meet the manager .With heavy heart shifting my all accounts from TD to BMO.I wish TD take care of customers and give customer service training to its staff.

Wish I can do a 0 star however that is not possible. I came to td bank today to withdraw money however when I wanted to ask a question about the verification of my identity I was met with a very rude manager (Mandeep Pharmaha) and staff. I have been going to td for over 3 decades… Three. And this is by far the worst branch. I am sorry for whoever owner of this branch because of the constant and reviews of the manager.

Worst Customer Service from this Branch, i had a confirmed appointment with Tariq and when i showed up in the branch, they told there is no appointment. Even though i had everything on email as well i called in Branch to confirm the same and they confirmed the appointment as well. Vineet Nagpal showed up and talked to me and told that they don’t open business accounts in branch, and unprofessionalism was at best.Never recommend this branch for any Banking Needs.

The worst branch managers i have ever seen @John- branch manager @mandeep- shift manager. Got in to deposit a business cheque but they told me all of it will be on hold whereas when i go to other locations, they do 50-50 usually and sometimes 100% released. Happens every-time at this branch. Wish google had negative review system. Will take it to higher td management. Other guys have same issues here. I suggest you to report it yo td’s upper management. I have been doing business with td from last 7-8 years. Never a returned cheque. Feels little betrayed after the kind of treatment i got.

Poor service by amisha malhotra. Literally, there is no point of booking an appointment. I had an appointment with her on april 19 applying for my loan till today as of may 8 i haven’t heard anything back from her. She supposed to inform me within 4-5 days as she told me to. This happens when you give position to unprofessional people.

I wish I could rate them with -1 star but unfortunately not possible. Poor customer service by staff and Manager. I am their new customer and the lady helped me with opening an account with half information and when I brought some general question to manager regarding what they offered me in that account. she herself was not sure what TD offers and policies are currently going on. And she mentioned I am not sure because TD changes policies anytime without notifying the client. The branch needs to have a good manager and staff. Also, they told me as I am a new client so for 3 months they will process my cheques in 10 business days if I submitted online. Worst experience ever!

I would give -5 stars to this branch. There’s no communication among themselves when you book the appointment. I clearly communicated that I’ll be 15 mins late to appointment booking person and that person didn’t communicate further to the person I had an appointment with. So advisor attended someone else. They made me wait 30 mins, then they come to me and said ohh I’m sorry I didn’t know, can you wait another 30 mins. I just kept wasting my time (more than an hour). These branch people don’t respect customer time. So disappointed ☹️ I would never recommend anyone to this branch and probably to TD itself. Customer service at its lowest!!!!!!!
