Rates are insane. 17% differnce between the online rate to their rate for CAD to COP.

Their website says opens at 8.00am and it’s closed and there is sign that says 9.00 am .
Don’t understand why don’t they update the website.
They should fire their IT dept. Team handling website.

I shouldn't have to be the one to update your service hours. Stop eating people's time and do better. Then your rating might improve.
