This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no respect for anyone’s time. Home Depot has no idea about the status of my delivery, where it is, or when it will actually arrive. They use a third-party company, and there seems to be a huge communication gap. My first delivery came unscheduled, outside the allotted time window, and I wasn’t there to accept it. They then scheduled it three more times, sent me a confirmation text each time, and I took time off work—but they failed to show up every time. After repeated calls, they told me my delivery date would be confirmed in a couple of days, but then the delivery guy unexpectedly showed up late that evening. Home Depot, please get your act together.

Staff is cooperative and helpful. However a strange security guy (on weekends) will keep starring and roaming around you, as if you are thief. Please show some respect and gesture towards customer.

Definitely the best Home Depot in Brampton. The excellence in customer service began from the moment we walk through the door. I was energetically greeted by Marc with a friendly hello which made me feel so welcomed. I was so taken back by his friendliness I had to double take and ask if him if the greeting was ment for me. We live in such a fast paced, self centered world sometimes we forget the kind gestures and simple greetings can fill ones soul with so much joy. I was also quiet impressed with Meca who took the time to say goodnight to my 8 year old daughter, that was several steps behind me pushing the shopping cart like a little lady. Showing respect for a child and indirectly teaching our children morals and values by saying a simple good night will help us as a community live better together. Your customer service is a 10 star! Theses are model staff! Thank you, for your kindness and generosity during our visit. We will certainly return.

Went to look for a folding table. In the website said there are still stock. But could not find it. There is one but 20$ more than the one I am looking for. I asked for assistance because in the website there is still stock. Melissa is gracious enough to give the other brand at the price of the other table since I came all the way to look for it. Thank you, nicest customer service. I always have great experience in this place.

Very bad customer service by Manager Raman(9415 Mississauga Road) and her team. We wanted to buy a set of dryer and a washing machine and asked for help. After standing for 30 mins we have to come back as the girls didn’t know how to help and called their manager Raman but unfortunately she didn’t know either and called someone senior. After about 10 mins on the phone she still couldn't explain what’s the next step or how delivery works.

Yesterday I was browsing through the Halloween section at home depot. There was one particular item I was interested in. After looking around I didn’t see it on the floor. I saw an older gentleman working in that area and asked him if they had any in stock. He said there was none but offered me the floor model. He went out of his way to bring a ladder to get me that item. I was feeling bad as he was much older and getting the item took some effort. I was in total awe and amazement as I haven’t been exposed to this level of customer service in such a long time. I didn’t even think it existed any more. Supper impressed and kudos to him and the team for hiring an amazing gem.
