Amazing experience! Came in expecting to take forever to pick a mattress. My husband and I were helped within 2 minutes and were able to have a mattress picked out in under 10 minutes. Sergio was great to meet and work with! He had helped me find what mattress and box spring I needed by asking the perfect questions. He made me feel confident in my purchase and I'm very happy with it.He also helped me out with coordinating delivery by finding a date that worked for me a week before we had originally planned. Amazing!! Walked in to Sleep Factory (based on a recommendation) this morning for a king size mattress. Best experience ever. Sergio was fantastic and patient and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Needless to say we bought a mattress and looking forward to great night sleep. Thank you again to Sergio. We will defintley recommend and return for future purchases.

An amazing opportunity working with Vince from the Toronto - Orfus Road location. Vince was both Professional and knowledgeable in respect to his work and was able to offer us several options to fulfill our needs. Personable and diligent, Vince also helped my Wife and I to tie and secure our newly purchased mattress atop our Toyota Rav 4 to get it Home safely.Albeit, this was our first time visiting The Sleep Factory we'll be sure to return again.Thanks Vince. This is our third purchase from this location, and we'll absolutely be back!! Sergio is a sweet gentleman who took care of my parents for their first new mattress purchase in 36 years!! He is personable, genuine, and honest. It didn't feel like a transaction at all; it felt like a chat with a friend who wanted the best for us. When the mattress was delivered, the fantastic delivery guy was friendly and brought the mattress and boxspring all the way to my parents' bedroom with a smile on his face. If you need a mattress, or anything bedroom-related, I encourage you to come here. Each. And. Every. Time. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service has always been top-notch, from our interactions with Sergio and his colleague, to the delivery people they hire. It's no wonder they've been in the business so long!
