Walked in and politely greeted both persons at the desk. I said loud and clearly “hello how are you?” TWICE and was only met with “pickup?” Both times. No manners nor customer servicing skills.

This UPS Store demonstrated an alarming lack of competence. Basic errors were made that forced me to return to the store to correct mistakes that never should have occurred. The declared value was also entered incorrectly. I clearly stated the amount, yet double that value was recorded, resulting in excessive and unnecessary duty charges. When I attempted to have this corrected, I encountered repeated delays and poor communication. Correcting a simple invoice should not require this level of effort from a customer. Customer service throughout this process was consistently unprofessional and unreliable. To add to the frustration, this occurred during the holiday season and the package was three days late beyond the promised delivery date. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to use a different carrier.

Very slow. Attendant seamed to be on personal call, in no rush to help customers. Seemed to take action after I scanned this QR code that took me to this review.

The absolute slowest service ever. 2 individuals serving customers( 1 had a large cutout of himself advertising his outside business) over 30 min wait , I was next in line and 6 people behind me The male ( could have been the owner) moving so slow had the audacity to pose for a picture with a customer dressed like Santa while everyone patiently waiting These people should not be affiliated with UPS. Between the missed deliveries and this pickup experience I will never deal with ups again

The absolute worst company ever. I do not ever ship with them .
I’m waiting for my parcel to be returned back to me. I’m still waiting for my money to be returned. This has been over two months. Completely unacceptable.

I visited the UPS Store today to send my passport for TRV, and honestly, my work was done so fast. Shivani, the employee there, was truly amazing. She guided me so kindly, so patiently, and she handled everything herself. I just gave my passport, and within 5 minutes she had everything done and I was ready to go.
Thank you so much, Shivani. Your respectful, polite, and warm way of working really made my day.
