There was young lady and a man (long hair) that was really helpful with my selection of dress shirt. Gave me the proper fitting and gave me good suggestion. Would recommend this place.

Need to freshen up my suits collection and these is definitely the place to go to. The staff was great and made sure I had the correct sizes and let me know what worked and didn't work. Overall ended up buying two suits, shirts, ties etc... Would definitely go back to get further suits.

Tip top…. The name says it all ?
The store has got all the great collections, colours, shades and sizes. It is well lit and clean. Buying the Suit, Shirts and accessories was so simple with the great customer service we received from Fauziya. She was very clear, proactive as to what I needed and catered accordingly. Great job. The tailoring section which is in house is also very prompt and neat. I strongly recommend this store for Men’s collection for sure !! Keep it up guys.

I went here to get a suit for prom and I had a great worker named gonzalo help me out he showed alot of professionalism and listened to my ideas we found a perfect suit for me and I had everyone complimenting me at prom. The inside of the store is very well put together and very easy to find everything I needed so thank you very much tiptop I'll definitely shop here again.

The phone service and in person service is terrible, I had the same “man” on the phone and in person.
I called to book an appt for my fiance as we are getting married in a couple months and because I let him know we do not have a huge wedding party. He said just walk in & rushed me off the phone. Fine.
So my fiancé walked in explained and showed pictures of what he’s looking for. Asked if he has a wedding party, explained we do not. He pointed to one wall and the next and walked away. Did not want to assist any further in customizing a suit for him. My assumption is because he wasn’t making money by having multiple suits for multiple men he did not want to help with finding a suit. The service is terrible and I will not be going back nor referring anyone to ever go there. I expected a lot more from TipTop.

Thank you for accommodating our wedding party today at the last minute. They were refused service at Moores when I had called ahead for them. They should have just come here first! The boys said they appreciated the thorough service and the deals. Will return for any future events.

This location has a Gem. Being in the service industry myself for over 25 years. I can say that Cindy goes above and beyond for her clients every single time. Cindy has assisted my son with suiting multiple times for Weddings and a funeral. She goes online to locate a customers needs or special sizing. Cindy listens and takes pride with ensuring her clients feel and look amazing with the properly fitted suits. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Cindy's customer service is outstanding and she represents the Top Top name very well.

Never had such an easy experience suit shopping! I purchased two suits - one for my brother, and one for my father, and the process was super efficient. We got exactly what we wanted, and overall we're really satisfied with the colours of the suits. Special thanks to Cindy, who helped us throughout the process, and even helped us match ties and shirts with our suits!! Suit shopping is something I'm not good at, and she was able to make the process so easy and stress-free! She is truly amazing!! Would definitely recommend coming here if you need any suits, and I will definitely come back here for any future suits I need to purchase.
