Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. No communication, no accountability, and every time I asked for an update I got nothing but excuses and a complete runaround. I purchased a garmin product and because of how long it’s taken I have decided to get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

Lackluster customer service. Ordered a couch, 2 chairs and ottoman. Advised 6-8 week delivery timeframe. Contacted the store at 8 weeks, no response. Contacted again a few days later, advised there was a delay, no new timeline. To make a long story short, I had multiple attempts at communication, my husband tried to get information as well. It would take multiple emails or calls before you get one answer. In the end, took 15 weeks to get my furniture. No real apologies, just excuses. I don't even care that there was a delay, I care that there was no communication, no new times, and no remorse.
And then, even when it was delivered, I was missing pillows. Again, had to make multiple calls to get them, they were apparently delivered by the store manager, and again, no apology, no trying to offer us something for our inconvenience.
Let's just say, I had told many people about Top Choice and my parents were going to purchase furniture from them. But due to this horrible communication experience, they are all going elsewhere.
The only reason I have two stars instead of one is because the delivery guys were great and I do really like my furniture (although there was a while I thought it was all a scam and I was going to be left with nothing).

Decent people, very friendly! I got a samsung soundbar with very good deal, the best deal in Ontario I can say. They served me special tea when I arrived for pick up, very delicious!

Wish could give them zero star. Bought complete house appliances. the drier came dented and fridge doors uneven. Made multiple calls to send someone to fix the fridge door. It’s been 8 months, no one showed up. Big promises before sale, no care after payment. Won’t go back ever and recommend them at all.

I bought an open box 55” Samsung TV. It is 13 months old and I have had to have service on it twice. Clearly they sold me a faulty product knowingly. I would never buy from them again. Horrible experience.

We ordered appliance from top choice for 2 houses . Sales man is Christry . Christry send very good dilivery guys name Kush and Uminder .
When they came I saw one frighe is open box I call Christry but Kush explain. Me why they open one box because they have doubt that one minor dent on fridge but it’s not than I realize he is right .
He gave me hoses as well for late dilivery .
I would recommend go to top choice . Because they have very good staff . Special thanks to Christry, Kush and uminder
