Long lines even If you do a booking online, and you will be suggested that waiting in the line will affect your booking hours.... Meaning if you booked it online for 2 hours and waited in line for 1 hour to get the truck..... Now you have only 1 hour for usage... And these guys will charge you $50 if you return it late... But wont pay u 50$ if they deliver it late... As per the site says........Trucks are faulty.. I got a 15ft truck... While breaking. Sometimes... It accelerated...... Like... You are about to stop at a red light.. U push down the break paddle.... Truck.. Jumps like u hit thr throttle... Happened to me 3-4 times.....

Customer service was poor. When we got the truck, we were not told that we have to get the keys from someone under a tent so we waited an hour to getOur truck. Told the front desk lady I would like to do my transaction in two separate payments. I did not receive my deposit back in full ! I called back to understand and correct the terms. The lady gave me attitude and was yelling at my husband to rush him off the phone. I will not be going back to this location ! Nor recommendations!

The indian girl on the counter with black spot on right cheek had a stupid attitude' doesnt want to help.You just work at a counter nothing special. All other employees were willing to help.Try to give respect to customers and be a better person.She was staring us so bad like she was judging us, to me she Does not deserve to be in customer service.

The need to hire more staff especially on the weekend. Saturday morning there was 15 ppl in line with 2 people working the front desk.I timed in on average it was 5-10 minute per person to complete their transaction.The service is extremely slow I had my rental booked for online pickup and the keys weren’t there and I was asked to join the line for assistanceTerrible terrible

Not a good experience, I returned my truck after 6 hours. After they checked in the truck I was told by the employee outside my total was $187, I had put $191 as a deposit and was told to go to the counter to get refunded my 4 dollars. They ended up taking an extra 70 dollars from me. When confronting them as to why, all I was told was that their billing was correct. The employee who checked in the vehicle told me to come back the next day to rectify the situation and that he would personally rebate me my 70 dollars plus 4 dollars I was owed and that he would be working all day.I come back the next day to find out hes not working and all the workers tell me there is nothing they can do and that their billing is correct.I personally saw the breakdown when they checked in the truck at $187 dollars and my invoice now says $260.

Not enough staff, lines and wait time always always long unprofessional staff. No one to check out cars staff always disappearing can’t be found when they should be working, staff not friendly or courteous staff some and the like to argue with customers openly in front of customers. I used to like this store been coming here over 22 years Brampton needs another location cause this one sucks!!!!

HiI have booked for 10 am at 411 Main St N Brampton, ON L6X1N7. Madhu Sharma, General Manager was not appropriate person to deal with all. She refuse to provide my rental based on her staff feedback - where I have valid driving lic, my spouse as other driver - driving lic, my valid cell number to complete form and alternative number to for wife as well. Which they were forcing me to provide as cell number where it was alternative number where she can be reach. They have wasted more that one hour of our time. Felt humiliated as they were laughing in front of other customer by refusing us to provide rental. Finally no one assist and police has to be witness for reason to refuse. They give me those two reason and I have advise police that all those things I have with me. So with all valid information she discriminated me for some reason as she came to know from my language and caste. Finally when I was seeking assistance by call. - someone change my reservation to another location where they assist me with same information I have. Such witch she is and her staff. Halloween people will treat you like hell. Staff must be educate and learn how to serve. Wasn't expected as Uhaul service like this.

Booked a hitch installation over a week in advance. Received 2 confirmation emails. No one was on-site to do the installation at the reserved time. Then THEY canceled my order and expected me to leave without a receipt for the refunded amount. Utter failure of good business

I wish I could give lower rating than this for Uhaul. I did booking for Mobile pick up on Uhaul app . but app is not working despite full connectivity of internet. wholr point of mobile pick up is to skip the waitline . but if u guys dont support pick up on app, you should not offer this service. and if u offer than should do it. I waited in a long queue for an hour .

I have never imagined this kind of horrible customer service. We booked a truck and trailer over a month ago and was told that it was booked to move our home from Ontario to Alberta. We were just advised that there is no truck and trailer available now. We are one week away from our move and no truck to move our home. There is nothing they can do. No empathy, no apologies. They just don’t care. They tell us but we sent you an email that there is no guarantee of stock yet they don’t advise you of that while you are booking over the phone. There is no solution and they have left us completely screwed.Not in a million years would I have thought that such a huge company with many locations would be allowed to get away with this.I will be telling everyone I know and on social media to never use this company for any of your moving needs. So unreliable and heartless. The worst experience with any business in my life.

Dust in the cab that was on the dashboard could be cleaned up and due to covid and other pandamic issues it would be great if the steering wheel could be sanatuzed or basically cleaned.The lady that helped me when renting the truck was very nice and took her time to provide excellent customer service. There were very vocal people that were rude but she took her time to help me. Very impressed

Great location but room for improvement on service. When I arrived I waited 20 plus minutes to be greeted - there was a lot of staff (coming-going and in the back area) but only 1 check-in desk open. After some time I asked the femaile staff member at the open check-in desk if there was anyone else that could come to check me in as my reservation was for 10:30am and I had to be somewhere at 11:00am. (It was close to 11 at this time) The lady came across very rude and advised me that the people she was serving also had a reservation and that I would have to wait - also that the system was loading and she had to serve them first. I advised that I am not trying to skip the line just asking for another staff to come to serve me. Ohter than those being served I was the only other customer in the store. Eventually someone else came to open another check-in desk and without apology for my wait checked me in. Once at desk the check-in was easy + the staff member who served me (male) was great. When I went to the designated van + it was very dirty (inside + Out) It had not been washed (dirt/mud all over the outside nor cleaned inside (nut shells and other stuff on the floor on the inside cab of it.) Also the "Change oil light was on and remained on my entire rental period. I located a male staff member: he was wonderful + offered to clean it or give me other van - I declined as was running late. I simply wanted to advise him of the issue so that upon return I would not be charged for this. I usually do not wirte these reviews but thought that you would like to know the way that this location is being serviced + allow U-haul to improve on that.

If I could go.lower than 1 star I would, this place needs a competitor to extinguish this place. Customer service is almost non existent and on the brink of depression. On the bright side the boxes made in USA look nice ?.

I didn't find the counter service clerk overly friendly. And then when I went to the yard to collect my truck, the guy told me that I had to go and get it from where it was parked and bring it to the awning area. I thought that I was paying for "service". This is a far cry from when I used to rent vehicles at this location. The staff needs to more helpful and actually provide customer service on a professional level.

It was my first experience and this location staff provide a good service from the front desk and I felt that they are fully dedicated on their job. Vehicle in good condition and clean. It's perfectly served my purpose with a minimum cost. Thank you for your all the support.
