I don’t wanna give a bad rating to the store but I did have a bad experience outside the parking lot. Two teenagers tried to ask me to pay for their Uber and I’ve heard a lot of these scams happening around brampton. Luckily I got out of that situation by not offering to help them but please stay safe out there. Be aware of who u choose to help. As soon as I said no to them they kept walking closer and closer to me. Please be careful out there .

The worst experience today. We got stopped by one of the associate, she did not know what she was doing. All the items were scanned and paid. But she called other associates and stopped us. They check everything. Everything was good but one item barcode was not in the receipt but name, number and item Ib was in the receipt list, but still they all did not agree that it’s not same item. It’s shame that I showed to the security and that associate who checked, but still was saying sometimes it’s happened. It’s very sad that some people do some action without thinking and without knowing anything. Very very worst experience and even unexperience people working who take their job granted.

Worst customer service/employees. I placed an order for NEXT DAY printing, got an email saying it was delayed by 72 hours. After waiting 5 days, I called customer service and was told the store had cancelled my order without even informing me, nor had they refunded me. They just expected me to read their minds and figure it out on my own? Had I know, I would’ve gone to Staples and had my prints the same day. Avoid the photo centre here they are all idiotic employees who fail to meet their deadlines.

This is worst place to go. Parking lot always is mess! Inside the store mostly shelf’s are empty and unorganized. Waiting at the cash register for too long. Asked customer service manager and Jasdeep last name came and talk very rude! Change this managements to keep the company name! It’s disgusting to see another manger just walking and eating my Donald’s on the way and ask for something to find and replied wait for someone ! Her name is Krishnal something! I’ve complained many times regarding this management they have to get properly educated to be in this position! Lack of professionalism and knowledge. Don’t waste time on expecting to find something . Unless this people change their management

Worst experience of buying electronics.Wander there around 30 mins to find a mixer blender but with the gross presentation of items(open box) makes me hard to get an item.

There is fresh managers Krishnal and Jasdeep is the worst managers across the store I’ve seen in Brampton. They are behaving very rudely with their employees as well as with customers. The parking lot is always mess! Inside the store unorganized shelf everywhere! Recently this Walmart getting worst by overall service. Change new management for betterment.

There are no carry on bags with them all day everyday whenever you ask so we dont have bags. Uber driver and instacart driver who have deliver have to take everything without bags

If there would have been a zero star to rate this place, I would have picked that. It happened to me 5th time today that they don't have carry bags. I don't understand that if a person has multiple items picked, how he is gonna carry? And we are ready to pay for it, but the sad part is, they don't have it.Talking about the staff, the new hires are helpful in any queries however the senior staff, has an annoying attitude just like they don't wana listen. They hardly care. They make blank or rude faces whenever a question has been asked. My family and lot of my friends have decided not to go at this location because of all this.

I went here on my way up to a cottage to grab a coffee maker and an air mattress. I had placed an order for the coffee maker online to ensure they would hold it, it was sold by Walmart (not a third party) for $65. My online order was cancelled for some reason but the store had stock. Asked the cashier about the price difference in store. She asked to see their online price so I pulled it up on my phone and she called a manager. The manager said "prices online are different and we can't price match online" but that's not their policy. I told the manager I had placed an order online for pick-up and she just said "well I don't know about that". Awful customer-service from the manager, the cashier was trying her best to be helpful. I was in a rush and just accepted paying the extra $20. I felt bad due to a line building behind me. The correct response is to escort me to customer service, look up the price on your own site to confirm.

I went to Walmart today to buy a side table. I really liked one on display. I asked couple of employees around to help me find it in the box. No one cared as that was not their department. Then I took the displayed table to customer service to check if there is any in the stock. The customer representative 'Neha' in yellow vest rolled her eyes and said that I am not supposed to take the displayed one. I told her that I wanted to show you that I want this table. She told another employee to call someone on speaker and started talking to another employee and ignored me. No one came and I put the table back and left. She didn't care. Most of the employees in store seem like not willing to help customers and show attitude when you ask something. Please do something as this is not the proper attitude.

Customer service is very poor at this store.Please avoid as much you can.The milk pouches are expired but the expiry date is in august though.When we return to Walmart store they are not accepting for return.After a brief argument with customer service managers they accepted for exchange.The customer service representative Neha is wasting time and not letting customers to discuss the issuePlease remove her from customer service.Store manager Samuel is not reachableSuch a waste of time

If you are African or Afro Carribean do not shop at Mayfield.THEY ARE RACIST.My daughter and granddaughter who is only 4 year old was accused of stealing goods from the store .Shes a regular customer at this branch as it's close to home.She offered to show her receipt to the security guard and Manager, refused to acknowledge.She requested for them to call the police to prove her innocence.She was rescued by shoppers who realised she was treated unfairly .She had no apology from the managementAvoid this store there is no Justice..

HiiThis is the only Walmart near my home I went there 2,3 times a week. One day a staff lady Nurin ask me for Walmart card and said that if I buy for 50 dollars I just have to pay 25 and told me to do grocery of 50 dollars then I bought some unnecessary stuff but when I received my bill of 50 dollars I ask her about that and she just answered that the offer has expired before I make the Walmart card.Beware that kind of lier and manipulating staff over thereThank you
