Last evening i went there with my friend and unfortunately we putted our jackets on the cart and someone stoled our jackets, after that when we asked for help to the MANAGER - JAPNEET she behaved very rudely and denied to help us as we just want to know who did this and if she can check the cameras for us.

Poorest customer service… i connected them over call multiple times… they dont pick up call during any times of the day:.. one tuke a lady picked up call and then said u have to hang up… i dont have time to deal with you… what rubbish… is this the customwr service we expect from walmart? Really disappointed…

Today around about 7.15 I went there to buy Apple Air pods. As I strolled to the section selling them I found two young women employees chatting. I was trying to find the stuff myself but they were not bothered. I went and asked them about Apple Airpods.
Mechanically, with zero enthusiasm, she rattled of specifications and told me that one of the models was not available.
What was jarring and totally unacceptable was the lack of zest, eagerness to help, go the extra mile, the pleasantness that you expect to have from such reputable chains!
The other girl was even worse. She gave me that look: oh these things are expensive and they are not meant for you!
The thing is I left without buying even though I could have bought any model because I was so put off by the lackadaisical attitude of the girls!
My question to Walmart what kind of training do you provide? Just because you are big does not mean that you will treat your small clients with disdain.
Such a demeaning experience no one should have!

This is horrible place they deduct twice from my card and when it’s time for refund they are making excuses go to your bank why my bank needs to refund me if it’s your employee fault she charged me twice

Went to get a ID photo taken and they charged for a digital photo that was blurry. Given I should’ve asked to see it before paying, but I thought Walmart would be trustworthy enough to ensure pictures aren’t blurry.
Also decided to pick up apples on the way out but those were also in really bad shape with black spots all over. Really disappointed with this visit as they have had better produce in the past.

I want to share my disappointing experience at Walmart on October 21. Between 1:30 PM and 2:20 PM, I encountered significant issues with the manager at the cosmetics checkout. Several products had incorrect prices displayed, and when I highlighted this by showing her a picture, she directed me to another checkout line for a price adjustment.
To my surprise, she followed me to that line and instructed the cashier not to process the adjustment, despite the evidence of the incorrect pricing. It was incredibly frustrating to be sent across the store only to have my concern dismissed. Additionally, her attitude was quite rude during our interactions, even after I presented the photos of the displayed prices.
I found the manager's behavior unprofessional, and she failed to provide any explanation for her refusal to make the adjustment. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Definitely, Best Walmart in Brampton. Alongside all the grocery, bread, Meat and Dairy services. You can also pick up Hot food items at a great price. Therefore Coming to This Location with Family is definitely worth it.

This Walmart is a a place where they don't care about customer service. I went to shop n found 4 gaming chairs on a skid. Price on the sign said 84.97. I p bought 2 n brought to cash, it scanned 184.97. So I told cashier n she called her supervisor. Supervisor said we have to check as that is a wrong price. Cashier went took a picture n we walked around the pallet there was no sign of number 1 on the pallet or ground. Long story short I waited n the department manager came n said that the price is what it scans and I asked for store manager, the supervisor said she is ( lie number 1) I said no she is department manager, I want store manager, or they are in a meeting. I insisted they said Ok let me call them. They pretended to look around n came back 10 minutes later jus to tell me that the manager said they can't honor the price. No fault of mine, I'm the customer so I asked what is your policy on if something that is marked wrong on the floor, n your employee verifys it , u don't honor the price that is o
On display??? They both looked at each other no answer. I have been in retail for 36 years and I know the policy but these 2 individuals Walmart manager or so called managers have no way take a decision ? ?. Customer service has a sign manager says if u r not satisfied with the service contact the manager bit them.here the manager has doesn't even has the time to come n face the customer.
This is a joke Walmart to shop at and I will not recommend or just be prepared to not get any customer service in this store.

Phoning Customer service is ridiculous.
Pharmacy never answers their phone.
When you actually get through to someone to transfer you over you still end up on hold for 15min +
I have to put at lest one star to post otherwise it would be none.
Please do better, just assign a few employees to handle inbound calls.
Photo is my second attempt to get through to speak with pharmacy... Ridiculous.

There staff members don’t know how to deal with their customers.
They scammed me for shoes. I want CSA approved shoes and they gave me Safety shoes and said this is CSA approved shoes . They are literally scammers please i suggest people not to visit here.
