It was yesterday noon time, I bought a whole Chicken from Halal Meat section, The person was working named Mohammad ( I believe), I ordered a whole chicken which was displayed on right side of the counter, instead of taking the chicken from the display, he took another chicken from inside and he weighed and tagged, gave me. As you know if you ever buy chicken, it is not possible for any customer to check the quality. As soon as I open the package in my kitchen, my whole house smell like rotten or dead rat, I couldn’t sleep whole night. I couldn’t believe that there is such a horrible, ugly soul, deceiving character human being can be exist, he knew 100% that it was rotten chicken, he deliberately change a expired chicken, when I brought it back to customer service area, they can smell how horrible it is! It is very sad that I go this Walmart all the time. I hope someone will remove this kind of deceiving character human from the Walmart. Thanks for your attention!

If i could give this place a 0 star or negative review I would. Worst walmart ive ever had the displeasure of getting/ordering groceries from. Worst customer service ive ever received. Between the fact that nobody answers the damn phone in this walmart, one lady working the customer service desk for refunds having the nastiest attitude ive ever seen, and these people delaying my orders with no update only to then cancel the order with no update. This place is absolute trash.

Very very bad experience at Walmart Electronics section, no one is helping here. They are making excuses and not giving appropriate information about the product and just pretend busy…not appropriated.

I’m extremely frustrated and upset about what will be my final visit to this Walmart location. While waiting in a long self-checkout line, as soon as it became my turn, the attendant immediately positioned herself directly behind me and closely watched as I scanned my four items. I looked around and noticed she was not monitoring anyone else, only me and my 11 year old son. I also couldn’t help but notice that the customers she wasn’t watching looked like her, and I did not.
I asked her why she was so focused on watching me and not the other ten people checking out. She froze and stared at me blankly, offering no response. For my son’s sake and to uphold my own integrity, I explained to him that this is what racial profiling looks like, when people bring their prejudices and preconceived notions to work, and how those biases directly impact us.
I then went to customer service to file a complaint. The manager told me this should not have happened, and then added that he had personally trained the checkout attendant. At that point, I stopped him and said that clearly the training, particularly around anti-Black racism didn’t work, or perhaps didn’t happen at all.
After leaving the store, my son said, “Dad, I noticed something.” He pointed out that another attendant was also standing directly behind the only other Black woman at self-checkout while she scanned her items.
Suffice it to say, I’m no fan of Walmart’s greedy and exploitative business practices, and this experience only solidifies my decision to never shop there again.

Lots of moldy goods. One has to be careful to wash fruits carefully with vinegar immediately after taking them home or else everything goes bad in a few days. Very disappointing. The standard has really deteriorated over the last few years. I have been shopping in that walmart for many years. The food safety standards and quality go down while the prices go up. Sad 😞. Because this was one of my favourite place to shop. The salted fish should be taken off the menu as it’s no longer salted fish but salted flour. Customers might not have a lot of money but it does not mean we are stupid.

I’d like to thank Zameena for her excellent customer service. I had a return without receipt and she helped me patiently in finding my receipt online and was able to find it quickly.

The food court at this place seriously needs to improve.
Serving old food is unacceptable. Today they served Brar samosas with barbecue sauce, and there was no time stamp indicating freshness.
This is playing with people’s health.
Please be very careful when buying food from here.

The Walmart at Queen & Airport has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This isn’t based on just one visit — almost every time I shop here, the staff are unhelpful, dismissive, or rude. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority.
Simple questions or requests are met with attitude or impatience, and there never seems to be anyone genuinely willing to assist. Shopping here is consistently stressful and frustrating instead of convenient.
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service never improves. I would rather drive farther to another Walmart than continue dealing with the poor treatment at this store. This location really needs serious customer service training and better management oversight.

We just went there now for grocery at 8:30pm and the employee who is working at this moment at cashier counter 5 has no sense to talk with their customers, he did not observe we put divider but he argue with us .

I purchased this orange juice from Walmart and later noticed the best before date was March 26, 2019 — over 5 years expired. This is completely unacceptable for a consumable product, especially something families buy for children. Selling items this far past their expiry date shows a serious lack of quality control and care for customer safety. I expect much better from Walmart and hope this issue is addressed immediately.

Customer re answering there phone at all WALMART locations is ridiculous. They dont answer. I understand its busy but have the common courtesy to answer as its part of your job!!!!!!!
