I visited this place on 18 November around 6pm. There was a employee working in women’s clothing section. She talked so rudely and disrespectful. Customer service needs to improve. We asked for fitting room and she said so rudely there’s no fitting room then we asked other employee she said fitting room under renovation. It makes huge difference in their way of replying.

Who is running this place?
Stop blocking the doors. Then on top of that, you block the access to the washrooms with carts. Stop it.
And a whole set of self-check-out is closed. Wow.
Keep both sets of doors open until closing time. Stop blocking them now.
What in the world does COVID have to do with taking a passport photo? You limit the hours to 10 to 1? People have jobs. Whoever thought of this has no sense.

Give 2 stars because of the conduct of employees. I asked for location of an item but two young girls who were packing the shelves could not be bothered. Just told me to check over there and continuing with their talking. Very rude and poor customer service!

This store should be ashamed of themselves, and as I indicated to the angry manager who I was trying to ask when the change rooms will be repaired because it’s been months since those change rooms have been repaired. They lie about it being fixed. They never address it. It’s not fun when you spend half an hour looking for clothes then you wanna try it on and the change rooms are broken not in service. Not in service also describes your manager Vince or whoever he is and his management staff they do not care. It’s unbelievable. When you try to run away from it. The young manager was there. I’m gonna chalk it up to inexperience and unders skilled she is upset and walks away and wants to cut the conversation short because she has no answers. This location is disgusting, and all of you need to revisit training and how to deal properly with customers. The goal is to be proud of the location that you’re at and leaving it better today than yesterday but it’s continuous disappointing actions. Your manager should resign or move somewhere else or change rooms are not required as part of their every day Schedule. Shame on all of you! To some this may be an overreaction but it’s never ending and it never gets fixed and that young manager who’s working in seasonal lied say that all we. repaired it last week and it was broken down again that’s not true cause I’m there every week trying to see if I have an opportunity to try on clothes.next time I think I’ll just Undress right in the clothing department and see how they are going to resolve the situation or better yet if you’re not gonna fix the change rooms then get rid of all the clothing.

I went there today, ATHUL ( cashier) young asian guy, wearing pink colour
shirt was very rude, showing lots of attitude. I think, he needs some more training in customer service.

90% of the staff don't care I went with my girlfriend to get some makeup products. One of the workers unlocked and gave us the product. We paid but upon a closer look someone had stolen most of the item inside. We went back and explained to her what happened and was told to go to customer service. We waited in line for 40 minutes only to be told they couldn't help us.

Went, there today. Really wondering why at the customer service desk is a great big Dawali Banner?? Does this walmart put up any other banners for any other Minority holidays/celebrations? I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and I can answer no! Is this everyone's walmart or does it belong to a specific race/culture? My personal experience today, I found offensive, both by this banner for a specific culture of people and by the smell in the store. If you Walmart are normalizing banners for cultures, then do this for every Cultures/Minority celebrations, not just for one!!!

Please put some sign of no parking outside your store entrance and enforce it too.
People literally blocking the way of other cars. They can’t turn on
emergency light and load grocery while blocking traffic.
That’s not acceptable. People are rude and inconsiderate. SHAME
