The pharmacists that work on the weekend are the most inconsiderate, unsympathetic and disrespectful I’ve ever encountered. Tells you a time then you come back and they haven’t even started your prescription. Avoid these “professionals” at all costs

Worst Staff, specially at checkout of first line. the lady asked us to pick up our groceries, there were more than 50 items and it was not easy for us to pick it up and get to another line. She used abusive language and told me that am i paralyzed which was very bad from one of the best company in this department. I would ask everyone to pay high attention to this. As they can adjust or help us in any way there are different ways if they want to help they can but they didn’t

Crazy and embarrassing experience from your staff BRITNEY. The girl with a long blonde hair really walked out on her customers. We brought a card discount for our family, she kept insisting to scan, okay that’s fine. We didn’t get the discount because the card declined, we showed proof of ID, she still didnt accept the card. Fine. We didnt get discount on our groceries which probably totals 1k combined or more. But to see her accept another card without scanning is INSANE. Where is your consistency then? What was her point of scanning our card and not the next one brought in?! She honestly should not be your customer service because the attitude? The disrespect? Embarrassing. Please do better.

The store never have items stocked and the inventory is always incorrect, its show available for store pickup on their website and when ordered for pickup, the associate cancel the order right at the pickup time or when you arrive to the store for pickup. Which is very unprofessional, ethier the stores inventory needs to be accurate or the associates should notify you ahead. It happened to me more than 3 times, never going to place a store pickup from this store again!

Nice place, some associates are without proper knowledge. I was asking to an associate about cheapest iPhone charger and she has shown me 36$, cable but I found a 9$ iPhone cable, that’s an example.

I come to this Walmart at-least once a week and Salim always harasses me about my support animal. My support animal is document and has visible ID yet he still questions me every-time and when I point to the pass he waives me off rudely without a response. I’ve made a formal complaint to the manager I think his name is Kandar but things haven’t changed. Hopefully somebody sees this and confronts them about their greeters. On a positive note Maureen was extremely nice but unfortunately the experience was spoiled before I got into the store.

I picked up an item listed for sale to find out that all items were stalked in the wrong area. I explained that this was the price that was seen. The customer service rep argued with me telling me that I can't get the price that I saw. I asked him to show me where the price was listed on the shelf and we found that it was not at all listed. I went to customer service and returned all my items. I will not be shopping here again. Unprofessional and disorganized. The customer service is terrible.

Great place for shopping with great deals available. Very clean environment and well maintained and very well organized place. The staff is very courteous and professional and always ready to assist you without any hesitation and smiling face. The parking lot is quite big enough and also they have separate and designated area for online order pick up.

This Walmart is awful. The lines are long and painstakingly slow. They seriously need to hire more cashier's especially for the return/exchange department. They are always shortstaffed. And usually understocked of popular products, especially in the Cosmetics department.Seriously, don't expect such a low quality experience from the biggest corporation in the world. Corporate greed at it's finest!Do better!

Listerine mouthwash price was mismatched . And the manager ramneek was so rude. She declined our request to check the prices again . Very bad experience .

The worst "Returns" service. The staff and manager does not know the returns procedure on Instacart ordered items. They simply say it cannot be done. They have not heard about Instacart. Some other staff came and explained the process to the manager and the manager was giving attitude. She needs to get training and her staff needs to get trained. Extremely rude, pathetic service.

Worst grocery pickup experiences of any location I’ve ever been to. Checking in via the app prior to arrival does absolutely nothing; it’s not unusual to wait over 20 minutes for an employee to come out with your order, even first thing in the morning with nobody else waiting. And the entire pickup area has looked rundown for years, almost like they’re forced to provide it.

This location used to be great but now whenever I visit it is so dirty. Staff is good but doesn’t have Walmart standard cleanliness. They should keep their stock maintained sometimes I can’t find half of the things on my list as shelves are empty or may be many people visit this store so by the time I reach stock is already gone

Website won't tell me if a product is available at any of the stores, even though I know I have bought it recently at another location (they are sold out). I have spent the last hour trying to get through to someone at this location to find out if they have a product. Pharmacy can't transfer me to a manager and no one is picking up at customer service. I understand that they may be busy but where is the manager to help with their staff? When I worked retail, the manager picked up the slack if staff were busy and was available by phone if a customer needed to contact them.
