This Walmart location is just terrible and staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to greet customers. If customer need help they gave weird expressions. For this reason, I started doing groceries curbside pickup instead of going in but sometimes the staff who come to deliver groceries outside they start to throw stuff instead of putting it nicely.
They really don't care if any item is getting damaged. Walmart should teach basic customer service to their employees.

I bought Verka paneer from Walmart and only checked it after coming home. Unfortunately, I noticed that it was already expired — the expiry date was 05 January 2026, and today is 17 January. Selling expired food products is very disappointing and concerning. Walmart should ensure better quality checks so customers don’t have to face this issue.

Amazing experience! Great selection on toys, clothes, and food! I had an amazing time there and would recommend it and Philica was very kind and helpful for the things I needed!

One of the worst store to shop for. Never ever they send you the whole order. Never had they have anything which is needed the most. Worst store, terrible management and extremely bad environment.

The CSM doesnt seem to know how SCOP/SPAC applies. They never honor it. Lack of knowledge. They say to call Head office and complaint.

Worst Walmart the owner should be ashamed you guys leave even expired stuff on racks and still in the fridge do a good sweep of you're rotten store like this stuff can get people sick

Week after week I notice less grocery products that I buy. They used to care Lou's peameal, gone. Raw chicken wings? Gone. You can get 37 types of naan, yay, who cares. Product variety is absolutely disappearing.
Don't even get me started on their grocery online orders. Like whoever picks my groceries should be fired! Time and time again, my products are mouldy, bruised, damaged or expired. Grey fuzzy onions, mushy Bananas, cracked margarine container, berries leaking out of their clamshells, dairy cartons bulging at the sides from improper temperature control, to name a few.
As a former Walmart operations trainer, I can honestly say that employees are clearly not properly audited, reviewed, or put on performance plans when the quality suffers. But hey it's Walmart. There's a reason people like me move on to other careers, and the generation that has replaced me is a stark contrast. Quality takes a back seat to sales. It's all about numbers.

I big shoutout for Raman manager at Walmart and Amy also.
Raman was very helpful when I brought the incident to her attention. She was very compassionate with my wife and myself.
I want to bring to your attention that my phone was stolen and sold at the EcoATM at the Walmart store at 15 resolution drive.
My phone was retrieved by Peel Police today.
Good job Raman 👍 thanks again.

I am a regular customer of this location. I needed to return few baby items that were of no use to me. I didn’t have the receipt but the items had tags on them. These are the baby items that this walmart location sells frequently, they are always there. Anyways, I went to the store in the morning after calling ahead the store and confirming with their CSR that they be able to put them on store credit. The woman at the return counter has no idea what customer service looks like. She made her face after knowing that i don’t have the receipt, called her manager and manager is also showing the same behaviour. Mind you it was 8:00am in the morning and these ladies made me feel like as if it was the end of the world to return items without receipt. The manager then told me they can’t do more than $50 but then said that we can accomodate this time. I understand that each store has these policies in place for a reason but my suggestion to this manager is that if you are accomodate someone you might as well want to do it with a smile of your face not as if it’s a crime. Because guess what even if you accommodated me by accepting the item all I and my toddler ( who was there with me) would remember rude and threatening face of you both and as a manager I do expect a bit better from you. My toddle was so afraid to see your behaviour honestly and he literally asked ‘mommy why was the lady so mad’ And just fyi- she was same with the rest of the customer as well. No smile whatsoever just do the transaction and leave. I mean c’mon it’s December, show some holiday spirit. If this review is being read by the people department manager, please train these ladies to act like the service they are in. They think they are at their home and can show big eyes and rude voice as soon as they see a customer which need their help a bit out of the scope. I mean isn’t what the customer service is for. I also interacted with three other ladies (one at the fromt gate, cashierand another lady working in men’s section) all were very nice except these two. The sad part is one of them was a manager.
Dec 5 at 8:00am, one of the lady’s name was Amarjot and the other one I don’t remember. I don’t think i would want to bring my kids to your store ever again we would go to another location moving forward.

Customer service desk lady tells me no Refund and returns on Shoes. She makes up her own rules thinking this is India. Walmart policy states that shoes can be returned or exchanged when new and in its original packaging. It has not even left the store yet and she refused. Going to a different location from now on.

open the self checkouts again. every time i’ve come here in the last month the self checkouts have been closed.
