Waited so long today. Seems like they don’t have enough staff. Sometime people have short time they should understand the value of time.we were in line at 12:20pm came out from the line at 12:50. Just one cashier was doing at a time.

i was totally disappointed when i visited this walmart. because manager named ASHLEY she changed the price tag of a coffee table which was actual price was 44.69 and marked price was 16.97.she changed it in the time when we were standing near the cashier and the refused to owner us that table for 16.97 it was their mistake how so ever i will not be coming here again. worst experience ever.

It's a Walmart, I don't expect beyond exceptional service because it's not in the workers PAY to be doing that. Don't expect workers to bend over backwards to make you a happy customer. They are too burnt out ! You can see it on their faces. The store itself is either stocked with what you want or not, I am always happy to get what I need and if it's not there then oh well, I'll try another day. I'm not sure what else to say, it is a store that is a good set of prices and if you need help at the self checkout there's 2 or 3 people there to help.There is also a key copy machine, that was very convenient and helpful when I moved.

Do not buy gift cards from Walmart! They do not work and when you go back to speak with manager they say it is final sale and that you must contact the gift card place (wherever you bought card to). So even though they are the ones stealing they want you to take it up with someone else. One lady said “this never happens” the other said “ I get customers saying card is empty often”.Avoid Gift cards bought at any Walmart! I had to request store manager information several times.

A great place to shop if you're not white. I just experienced a wonderful example of racism at its finest. Got my groceries, and waited in line just like everyone else. Only to be told by the attendant that the customers behind me could go first because they had less items. So I should just wait longer. The customers behind me also tried to cut the line while we're waiting. And of course, shared the same ethnicity as the attendant. Then the attendant proceeded to scan my groceries and toss them back into the cart with no regard and giving me attitude the entire time because I would not simply fold. I guess diversity and inclusion only matters if you're not a white male born and raised in this country. Thank you walmart employee for opening my eyes to the polices your company promotes

Poor customer service, both in store and on the phone, been put on hold for 30 mins then hung up on, 3-4 people standing around talking and laughing, when asked for help they walk away, they don't know what's going on or don't talk to each other when asking for help or information about a product that is in their flyers. There is so much more with how some of the staff act, especially when stocking shelves, they are throwing and breaking product inorder to get it to the location to be restocked.

At this Walmart, cashiers consistently create the worst shopping experience by hovering incessantly, insisting on scanning bags, despite my clear instructions to check my bill later, because I just needed extra bags for convenience, but they made it unbearable. I've had this unpleasant experience multiple times, and I'm never setting foot in this Walmart again!

Today I totally disappointed when i visit a Walmart. Washroom was under cleaning sign, and cleaning person wasting time with everyone crossing around and with his phone. When I asked him to don’t waste time people waiting to go washroom, he started to use phone like cleaning is not part of his job but phone use is very important….. I think he is in different world there people earns without efficiently. Or ghosts working instead of him. And I am still following work is worship rule.

Worst experience in my 3 years. Even i work in customer service department but this time you guys disappointed us. Specially that janaki working there. She told me to leave like seriously we guys always come there for our groceries and this lady told us to leave like what kind of professional behavior is this. I don’t think so she deserves the job.

Today i totally disappointed when i visit a store like walmart. Hoping to find safety shoes and a mosquito zapper, but no luck. It was such a waste of time. I couldn't find a single pair of safety shoes. It's frustrating, right? I hope Walmart improves their stock soon so others don't have the same experience.

When I went to a store like Walmart today, I was utterly let down. Without success, I looked for safety shoes and a bug zapper. It was such a time waster. There wasn't a single pair of safety shoes anywhere. You must find it annoying. So that others don't go through the same thing, I hope Walmart rapidly increases its inventory.

Very poor customer service from the cashier... I came here yesterday around 7:30 p.m. with my dad to get a desktop keyboard. We found what we needed but when approaching the lady that was the cashier, there was no greeting and she just scanned the product. Now, I understand there's no need for a greeting, but she didn't know the pricing on the products and she was rude. We asked her to confirm is the price, since one of the products on the self said there's a sale and we weren't sure if it was the product we were purchasing. She just said "I don't know," in an inconsiderate tone then proceeded with asking how we are going to pay. Keep in mind, it wasn't busy so she could have checked the pricing or asked her coworker for assistance - the other employee was on their phone sitting behind her. In my opinion, this service is unacceptable.However, one star because the product is good and for lady who greeted people who came in and out the store, she was very sweet.

They put items on the flyer just to trick the customers and draw them to the store while those items are out of stock on the first day of the flyer starting date! Also, they charge for the carts at this branch!! The multibillion $ American corporation which should be all about customer service, charges for the carts and don't get me started on the customer service!

If you go to Walmart and walk out with a item unpaid the call the police on you. But when you order online and don't get the items you need to jump through hoops to try and get a refund but they can't be charged for stealing.Very rude manager, poorly trained staff

I come to this location weekly for curb-side pick up. These 5 stars are dedicated to Brian. Brian provides the upmost customer service weekly, he is what keeps me coming back! Brian is also quick to address any concerns I have with my order as well as check the quality of each item in my order. I can’t say enough good things about him, he is respectful, kind, dedicated and an awesome employee- they are lucky to have him!
