If you are looking for great customer service and fair prices, Watch World Bramalea is the place to go.I have sold gold for cash as well as changed the battery for my watch at Watch World, and the prices were much better than other places, and the service much faster.The store is also conveniently located right near the Metro supermarket main floor entrance at Bramalea City Centre, so you don’t have to walk around the mall when you’re in a hurry - which is very convenient!This is a family owned small business, passed down through generations, and the owner and staff are knowledgeable and kind from the moment that you set foot in the store.Highly recommended!

Stay far far away!!!I have been doing business here since the early '70s and the roriginal owner was great. Two years ago I brought in my Hamilton as it was losing time. I got an estimate of almost $500 to overhaul, clean and replace rotor. I purchased a new Victorinox and last month brought it in for a new battery. It requires an overhaul and new rotor. HUH???????

I went to the watch repair store at Bay for a minor repair and was quoted a ridiculous amount to repair. Took it to this store and he replaced the battery and that was it. He was courteous and honest. Would recommend this place for any watch repairs.

The world needs more stores like this! Great customer service friendly staff and amazing prices. Certainly the best watch store in Bramalea City Centre. I was having a bad day (and a bad experience shopping for a watch in the mall) and the staff not only made my day better, by simply being polite and attentive, but also hooked me up with an awesome watch. Instantly a repeat customer!

Took my watch in today to have a pin replaced on my watch band. One hour after leaving the place and driving home the pin popped out. Drove back to the store and was told it was fixed properly and the that something was wrong with my watch and I would have to leave it with them. Didn’t agree and asked if maybe it was the wrong size pin. Again told it was a problem with my watch. No refund on the original repair was offered. Left and had it repaired with a new pin at another location. No issues since.
