“First rate service! My wife, son, and I just came in for an engraving and possible watch repair at the Square One location. Urvi and Mohamed both took good care of us. The engraving was easy to choose and done immediately and the quality was perfect. Unfortunately, my old Fossil watch couldn't be repaired at the store, but Mohamed informed me of my options and I ended up with a new watch which I am extremely happy with. My wife also bought some jewelry for a close friend. Urvi and Mohamed were very kind and receptive to our needs and explained everything clearly.
